I’m in the middle of my build currently. I’m putting sheets of laminate flooring in my wall cavities to beef it up. It has a little less mass than the drywall but it’s still heavy. I saved a couple thousand bucks
I found it interesting he used the cheapest insulation and not worrying about the R value because the design of the double wall system would accomplish the soundproofing regardless. what are your thoughts on spending more on a high R value insulation to possibly compensate for not building as advanced of a wall system?

I’m so glad you are covering this! Would green glue be useful for the drywall that beefs up the original walls of the shed?
Sure it helps but is not the end all be all
