तेज टहलने से.... शरीर खुल जाता है। हल्का हो जाता है। जोड़ो में भारीपन नही रहता। मैं टहल रहा पिछले एक साल से 45 मिनट इसीलिए इसका लाभ बता पा रहा। 👍👍👍

I am 57 years old male and walk regularly..can I do jogging...
You can but don't force it.. brisk walking n slowly jogging is good ...at your age hope your health is good and you have no complications.. on the safer side you could do a Treadmill test n then start jogging..
