I had been in keto diet for last 5 months. I feel energetic. I never felt the symptoms what ur saying. It is the opposite actually. I have good sleep. Triglycerides reduced drastically. I had put cgm sensor to monitor my blood sugar. As per it it was in good control. My cholesterol level is normal and my triglycerides which was 306 came down to 117.

I do...becuz carbs and sugar increase ur happy hormones....and cutting off sugar totally will lead u to low sugar ...it is saying everything is fine in moderation

Is it necessary to take wheat -rice for taking carbohydrates or the carbohydrates available in the pulses, legumes, curd etc can also serve our purpose.
White rice with low gl index or boiled rice is good ....pulses etc...are more rich in proteins and fibre than carbs
Carbs are present in pulses too so if you want to go the real keto way the daals are out too

Thanks for sharing the knowledge sir! I am 36 years old. And i follow low card diet with intermittent fasting of daily 20 hours. I am less active. I eat more green salad and protiens and 2 rotis in my 2 meals. I have seen significant positive changes in my blood pressure, sugar level (I was never diabetic), cholestrol and triglycerides. I use supplements like Vitamin D3 and K2 and Potassium citrate and natural electrolyts from lime water (without sugar) and coconut water. 😄
I am diabetic and with keto diet it had given me a good result. I check my blood regularly for lipid profile, renal etc. everything has improved.

@@yogeshshinde3452 , i had put CGM sensor. So i know what is going on. I have full data of blood sugar 24 hours. There was no single incident of hypoglycemia. I have never taken medicine for diabetics. I was detected diabetic with hba1c 8.2, now my hba1c is 5.3. normally hypoglycemia comes when ur insulin dependent or ur used to eating carbs. When u eat carbs insulin is secreted in large amount in case of diabetic and cause hypoglycemia. When ur in low carb insulin level is low, so chances of hypoglycemia is low. In my 10 year period of diabetic i never had a incident of hypoglycemia.

The reason why your changes are positive is because you are aware of good keto diet that empha
emphasizes on ample electrolyte intake more salt intake and loads of veggies you are also aware of the importance of k2 and d3 for calcium mobilization. What this doc has been blabbering for so long is the bad keto and its side effects 🙄

Instead of focussing on all the side effects of a bad/unhealthy version of keto diet maybe you should first read up on whats a proper healthy keto diet. Then non of these symptoms would arise!! 🙄

Sir, Please come out of your medical guidelines and stop scaring people about low carb. I accept that in the starting state of ketosis, keto flue, little loose motions and bad breadth will occur. Other than that there are no such dangers will happen as you told. World is changing and getting benefits from low carb and keti diet in short and long term as well. Even people are getting their cancer cured. The is no requirement of single gram of sugar or carbo hydrates. If brain required some sugar, body will make it from protein and fats.
