Crispy chicken wraps are one of my favorite things to make for dinner when on a time crunch. Also making homemade soups in the crock pot are such an easy dinner idea. Pinterest is my best friend for finding dinner recipes! Loved the video Emma!

I recommend crockpot chili for those gloomy days. It's so easy to make, is next to impossible to mess up, and is so customizable to what you like. I personally add ground beef, kidney and black beans, tomatoes, peppers, onions, seasoning, and when I eat it I will add sour cream and cheese on top.
also a quick tip i always tell myself when it comes to my diet, I like to stick to an 80% healthy and 20% fun food, i find it is sustainable and healthy?
Pasta is so easy for dinner I like Alfredo with some chicken on the side ( you can also put the chicken in it but I hate contamination lol), steak is so much easier to make than u think and if you marinate it, it’s Soooo good!, anything from the Trader Joe’s frozen section has never failed me, and grilled cheese and soup is perfect for the cold months coming up! :)

i make imitation crab meat tacos. just use 1/2 cup of imitation crab meat , either 1 table spoon mayo with olive oil or 1 table spoon of whipped cream cheese, and parmesan cheese, and 2 street taco size tortillas and some carrots as a side.

Hey Emma I found out there is avacodo toast seasoning they make at my Walmart here it’s so good on avacodo toast, I had a hard time with dinners too but one of my staples is stir fry’s, Mac and cheese

Just fyi, you don’t need to mash the avocado in a bowl first, you can just smoosh it right on the bread. Its easier and less clean up. Since you didn’t have a protein with lunch I probably would have had two pieces of bread so it would be more filling, or something else on the side. But sometime you should try a fried egg (or scrambled egg) on top of the avocado toast. It goes so well with the avocado and that seasoning, idk why it does but it just tastes so good together.
I think if u eat greasy lunch, it's better to eat something like snacks for dinner, if you wake up in the morning and don't sleep with a full stomach, you will feel better than the opposite- i don’t but this is for me , because i have slow digestion 👉🏼👈🏼
I don't know if this is helpful, but you said you always have a bunch of ideas for breakfast and lunch so you could make one of those recipes for dinner instead of trying to come up with 'special' dinner foods

I would recommend making marina pasta or olive oil and garlic pasta! They’re both super easy to make yet so delicious!
