There is almost no point in making Da'wah to non-muslims if the Muslim community does not have a support network in place for those converts. Speaking as a scottish convert of over 25 years i'm ashamed to say that in my experience, support for converts after they embrace Islam is practically non-existent bar token gestures and tick box excercises from the community.
