What a great video. I connected my pain with eating bunch of veggies and high FODMAPS and it took me years and years of pain to figure out my pound of salad a week was causing so much pain than Endo itself! ❤

It’s so sad that there’s no cure for this and most doctors just want to immediately put you on zoladex which obviously just masks it…I’m forced to do research myself and a lot of trial and error 😢
