That's 2 retreats. What about get stretcher with quick search. Thornton to pidgey. Rare candy to pidgeot then stretcher bear back. Free retreat the bird into resurrected 🐻. Attack.

This was the first deck I played after tournament but didn't like. I prefer pidgeot control.
