Taahaa guitar has the mid-range and treble that you seek. Get a bass guitar to sound more clear..doubtful. Thick strings, deep sound, with low prescence.
@@megajlaing that's absolute nonsense. I would argue that bass guitar dry signal has just as full if not wider spectrum of overtones than guitar does. Thats why higher notes poke out on bass so much in a mix.

G! What an enormous performance! Wish I’d been there. There is also some magic in the drum track you mixed into it. Some very deep frequencies and in some passages outside head localization kicked in when listened through headphones! Pretty amazing for such a down to earth setup. Great!
But for real this is one of the coolest projects I've seen in a minute. It's giving me all sorts of inspiration. I feel like all the music I made for years was great but very formulaic, and lately I've been listening to bands like this that seem to break the formulas I previously laid out for myself. It's flipping my musical perspective on its head and that's super exciting to me. Plus this music is fucking gorgeous. It scratches the itch of so many different musical styles I love at once. Really fucking cool.

I really wish ernie ball would have jumped on giving them an endorsement deal!! Instead of dingwall grabbing them, the bongo is there sound, its what drove me to loving them, when inwas searching for my next bass almost 2 yrs ago I came across toby on IG and been in love with their sound tone and playing ever since, I like dingwall but I love ernie ball, you can tell Matt does too hes always playing his bongo still and definitely playing his JM series bongo!!!
Been a while since I heard, then listened, then got all "ooooo....tap me in yo!!i wanna play too!!" Listening is nice, but playing sick licks and burning riffs is better! Cheers from vancouver
