  • In this podcast I talk about the 3 ways to manage anxiety and make it work for you rather than against you. This is a replay of a Neurolive webinar I did on my app. For the full webinar AD-free, please see Neurocycle.app.
It is entirely normal to experience feelings of anxiety without having a “mental illness”. These kinds of emotions are part of the human experience, and can be triggered by a wide range of life events and circumstances.

If most of your life you have been anxious but because of the situation you've been an alcoholic home, married to a drug addict, single parent health issues. That doesn't mean you have a mental illness right

Your teaching content is spot on and very helpful. But sadly, many of the people who need it most are turned off by the quick money and other deceptive ads that pop up in all your videos. Such is the danger of trying to get critical info like yours out via You Tube. The false perception gained of you here deters people from delving into your incredible life changing research findings via other broadcast methods.

You have very narrow vision, sir. Permission to speak plainly?
It is easily inferred by your comment that that is all your here for... You comments on other videos of hers are grotesque. Your view is no view. Your idea of critiquing makes you sounds a total creeper, if you sense the CIA or anything other government presense it's because you sound like a legitimate threat.
