Great video and I would like to add this advice...
Like you said the rear tire wears out faster than the front and the front tire always looks like new. So many riders just keep replacing only the rear tire not realizing that over time the rubber on the front tire gets rock hard causing the tire to easily slip and be very dangerous!
So here's a little secret the next time you replace your worn out rear tire.. Remove the old (but new looking) front tire and rotate it to the rear, and put the new tire in the front. This not only makes your bike safer, but also you only need to replace "One Tire" instead of two.
I also advise my method for those who like to rotate their tires so they wear out evenly, cause in the end you have to replace two very expensive tires. My method is safer and you only have to purchase "one tire", cause tires nowadays are crazy expensive.
