It's sad in the West that much is relegated to thinking that it's all about fighting, self-defense/offense etc. Many in the West don't realize how much Martial Arts is tied to one's history and people. This is one main aspect to keeping one grounded and humble.
Do you know what is the name of the movements in which the fighter is smelling the combat area, and the movement in which the fighter is cleaning the combat area?

The Ram Muay comes after. This is Wai Kru, where you show respect. Wai Kru literally means "respect to teacher"
Does each Muay Thai style have a distinct Wai Kru
it's more like what gym your from has different wai kru. Most people personalize the wai kru they learn from their gym.
Wai mean Pray respect, Kru mean Master/teacher. So the Wai Kru have so many move depending on each styles but only popular get on the show.
