For so much of the game I was like, Dagan is cool but he hasn’t got the depth of Trilla… and then Bode. Ah, there it is.
Worst thing was,unlike Trilla, he wasn’t even tortured and psychologically broken. He became a monster by choice.

I think it's safe to say that the bosses in this game is better with more variety with more humanoid enemies. And im glad survivor continues the trend with a great villains.
I like that they brought the clankers back. Roger Roger!
His very first appearance is a good foreshadowing.
The best kind of villain is the very person you trust and goes out of their way to betray you. Even those you call a friend.
Keep your friends close and your enemies closer.
As someone who thought his plot twist as a dark Jedi was good. But I kinda wish they better explained it as his reasons for turning dark didn’t make much sense, and kinda felt like his last part of the story was rushed.
I think they were going with something similar to Anakin’s “obsessive need to protect the ones he loves” theme but also showing how it’s not that simple and validating some of his concerns. He was able to infiltrate their group with relative ease, and the Empire could just send someone else to infiltrate the Hidden Path to find out how to get to Tamalor safely.
@@matthewriley7826 Yeah it feels something like that. The Bode twist was honestly good, just felt like it could’ve been better. The death of his wife obviously changed him but some elements of the final act came outta nowhere. I honestly don’t know who the main villain is because even though Dagan Gera was for the whole beginning and half I just don’t know. I still enjoyed him more than Bode as his intentions and backstory made more sense for why he is the way he is.
