These "will it" have SKYROCKETED in quality, from "just put a chunk of it on it" to "here is possibly a dish that might work". The only thing that would make it better is Josh eating it with them. A chef always has to taste his own food.

@@joshuel2008 ooh negative nancy, the chopped kitchen is a kitchen stocked with almost anything you could think of they just have to include the weord stuff, just like here except the kitchen is not overstocked with everything they have to go find everything and josh works it. Honestly the reality is there troll, a good chef can makw a good dish with almost anything. Many many dishes that are found in some of the most expensive establishments were at one point a peasant dish. Especially in classical french cooking.

Will it ramen? - make a batch of ramen noodles but replace the powder/liquid with things like flavoured drink crystals and Gatorade! Or cake mix and cereal milk ramen!

Josh, you are a culinary genius, no doubt, but, my man, traditional Russian borscht never has vinegar in it (so no pickled beets are used in it either). That is reserved for the cold soup called “Svekol’nik”. That’s just for the future reference, if you ever need to incorporate borscht into anything else;)
It is Ukrainian beetroot borshch, which has pickled beet juice (kvass) Common mistake to confuse Ukrainian with Russian.
@Aitchtick yes. And it is a common mistake to say specifically “Russian” when it is actually Ukrainian. Ukraine has in the past been referred to as “Little Russia” and both were part of the USSR for most of the 20th century. Lots of things that Americans think of as Russian are really Ukrainian, like Cossacks.
My family is Russian and we always put sour cream and vinegar in our borscht at the table. Sooooo good. I would try it if I were you.
I’ve had borscht made with vegetable broth instead of beef broth and it did not have vinegar in it
