These junkyard videos are some of my favorite to watch, I noticed that the 04 Saab had Arc door sills. A couple of weeks ago I needed a left side mirror and got one for three dollars but I also got charged 26 dollars for a multi switch for my wife's 14 Mazda 3. A little story, my local yard got a 2015 Mazda 3 posted late Friday so I went there to pick and hopefully get the foglights and switch, anyway I got there 9:10 Saturday morning and the whole front end was gone. Just the frame was left, everything was gone from the doors forward LoL I wish I took a picture. Anyway I got the multi switch and will be ordering the foglights soon. Keep them coming a have a great day.
Good eye those were Arc lower door guards. Most junkyards seem to make up the prices as they go so $3 for a mirror is an amazing deal. LKQ seems to stick more to there pricing guidelines but I've noticed most don't know what a CIM or ISM are so they just charge a few bucks. I'll take what I can get haha. Anyways keep on the hunt it sounds like you have some decent junkyards by you.
If it has a crankshaft position sensor..... GRAB IT!!
Really?
@@WeakestofWeeks YES.....if that classic 900 has a crank sensor and you didnt get it, go back and get it. I can betcha someone out there could use it or buy it to repair theirs if needed!!
Thanks that's good to know! I imagine it's still there with how close that crank pulley is to the firewall
@@WeakestofWeeks pretty close...but if u watch my latest SAAB video it explains what to do to get it out....its a fight...but might be well worth it for a Classic 900 owner that may need a sensor for spare or rebuild/repair. Once the crank pulley is out there will be enough room to get it
Hey man new follower here. I like your channel has helped me a lot with my saab.
Where is this junkyard located? And have you seen any saab that could match or fit my 08 saab 9-3 2.0t manual transmission?
Thanks for the sub! This particular video was at Columbus Pick & Pull. Search Row52.com and see if you have any Saabs in junkyards near you. Last time I was in NE Ohio (about a month ago) I went to the Youngstown U Pull It and they had 6-7 Saab 9-3's with one being a facelifted 08+ model.
How much are you going to sell for the radio ? will it fit my 2005 Aero ?? As I wanna upgrade my original ICM2 to ICM3, now you've this radio ... I might consider
Hey, what's up!!!!!! Did you get your LED light situation settled? I found a way without getting the load capacitor and such.
Hey! No i haven't messed much more with LED's. I heard about Maptune having a ridiculous expensive option for programming for LEDs. What did you find out?
@@WeakestofWeeks I getting the programmer in about a couple of days. I already got the licensing for the app. Yes it is pretty expensive due to the package deal not available (490 for the programmer, 120 for the app,15 for the obd 2 cable that fits the programmer). So damn it, I am gonna use this thing until the wheels fall off, PLEASE BELIEVE!!!!!
Hahaha #committed For real though let me know how it works out! Do you plan to enable all lights to LED or just some? I would love to rent that from you if you're willing and I'd definitely cover shipping expenses. Obviously I'd need to purchase my own enable license from Maptun as well.
Gary, recently I sent you an email ( with a WORD document ) regarding spare parts I need. Did you get my email ? Let me know .... Thanks !
