- With it being playoff season in Nascar, I figured that it would be fitting to revisit some of Nascar's most shocking moments in the playoffs. I hope you guys enjoyed and if you did make sure to leave a suggestion for future uploads. Thank you guys so much for watching and I hope you all enjoyed!

Realized I made a few mistakes in this video. The hail melon at 5:02 is from 2022 and Jeremy Clements filed for an appeal and won retaining his playoffs spot.
Another Mistake made was calling Martinsville the RO8 Eliminator which at the time it was the opener, great vid tho
@@RileyHerbst98 What one?
And Daytona is not the final regular season race for the Xfinity.
What?
Kenseth taking out Logano in 2015 is replaying in my memory
Whenever I have a bad day, I watch the replay, and it brings a smile to my face.
@ChristopheCooler-mb5zj
Kenseth actually has a championship unlike Logano

Joey would have 0 under the Winston cup format the true nascar championship format
That move of Ross Chastain at Martinsville 2022 tops it, you won't ever see that again.
As a Gordon fan 2014 Phoenix broke me. Chastain’s move at Martinsville will go down as one of the greatest moments in NASCAR. It was crazy.
One of the greatest moves in racing tbh
The playoff format annoys me, especially after 2020 with Harvick getting screwed cause of the format but he deserves credit on how well he handled the situation after Martinsville.
At that moment I quit watching Nascar all together etc. also I wasn’t a huge Harvick supporter either
@@ManiakComesAliveyet you are here watching nascar videos anyway. Quit lying
@@darthhull85 I got recommended by the UA-cam algorithm and I just put my opinion on here idk why are you so aggressive here fanboy
10:38 You left out the part where Clements appealed and got the penalty overturned
I dont like the Chase. It has changed racing, and not for the better. In my view its the most aggregious form of NASCAR manipulation ever seen. But, it is what it is like it or not not
Missed the boat by not including Larson, bringing back the mangled 42 to the line at the roval.
The Newman thing still bothers me to this day
Brad wrecking Jeff at Texas is something I will NEVER forget or forgive I still dislike pinhead Brad lol
@@jwrailve3615 Same
was that Larson in the 42?
@@jaysantos11 yes
Me too!
The Hail Melon was from last year, not this year
You’re right, my mistake. Been a busy week🤷🏻♂️
Wish there wasn’t any stage racing in the playoffs
Or at all.
When Ross the Boss made that move, me and my dad were goin nuts
3:26 That season explained the reason why Playoffs don’t work on motorsports. You can win 35 out of 36 races and still lose the championship.
That's how traditional sports work too?
Yeah, that can happen in regular sports too my guy.
Didn't that also happen in professional football? The New England Patriots won every single game in their NFL season but lost the championship. Unheard of before then, winning every game
@@vidmasterK1 Yep! Except the 1972 Dolphins went the entire season undefeated.
And don't forget countless Major Leage Baseball teams have won over a hundred games, only to have one bad round and lose to a Wild Card team in the first round of the postseason
All they doo is screw legends of the sport that’s why nobody watches it anymore I mean you got people like Richard petty even saying nascar is shit these days
I'm so worried for the Roval this weekend as a Kyle Busch fan
Why? He’s been doing much better the last couple years there.
@@alawalter918 He's below the cutline
@@CCSRacing1808 Yeah but he’s starting P5, I think he will do better than you think.
@@alawalter918 That's a relief
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
How about the biggest underdog wins in NASCAR XFinity and Truck history?
9:26 I think the Xfinity regular season finale was at Bristol that year
My friends and I have had many conversations about this subject, but how about greatest nascar cup drivers to never win a race?
Newman is the definition of Mid and overrated.
Also Joeys car wobbling is always a laugh
Through the final Banked curve…
That was the end of Carl Edwards
He'd still be here racing that was heart break and could of been avoided
I got to watch the Hail Melon live in person. Hell of an experience
4:57 in 2023 the wallride happened you mean 2022
Reminiscing...
Thanks for the memories!!!!😂😂😂
man i really hate joey logano!
Chastain’s move was one of those “that was so cool! I do t wanna see it again” moments
Oh dirty chastain
Cool vid! Imo the cup clips are all pretty covered on UA-cam. More clips of trucks and Xfinity playoff moments would be great. Some of the best storylines in nascar are overshadowed and forgotten because it wasn't Cup. The dogfight that was Hornaday Vs Benson for instance...2008? They swapped the points lead each week. Even Ty Dillon should be a truck champ but Larson took him out in the last laps of Homestead.
What you dont what they didn't show is that when Clements won, the caution came out because Herbst went almost all the way up to the wall, in front of two other cars.
The playoffs in NASCAR are the biggest joke in motorsports, without equal.
how does a "domonaint car" not make it into the playoffs
Please make a video of helmet tosses. There is a ton of em
You gotta love Martinsville
I have never seen his face before thanks for the vids
Playoffs were one of the best ideas for NASCAR.
What altered state of mind are you in
Fr It helped the fringed fanbase that left, we might be able to compete with the NBA 😊
