    I'm just passing by. After I cleaned my hog maw stomach. I stuffed mine with cabbage, potatoes, loose sausage and sausage link chunks. I make mine the Pennsylvania Dutch method. Eating it anyway to a person's liking is great. Great video.

    Thanks for this video I’m making chittlins today if I find hogmaws I’m adding that to it. I laughed when you said your moms friend told her she clean them too much. My step dad always told my mom she took too much off the chittlin. They are from Mississippi

      Actually, Hog Maws are the Pig’s stomach and Chitlins are the Pig’s intestines.

    Hard to find chittlins here in Southern California, except at around Christmas! Would love to have some chittlins and hog maws now!

      @TannyCooks  Рік тому +1

      Yep. I wonder what happened to all the hogs? Or maybe not enough meat processing workers?

      @@TannyCooksthe reason for it is due to the actual care of the hogs has been upgraded. They are not over crowded anymore and are being taken better care of so it's more expensive and harder to find here in California. I paid 65 dollars for about 10 pounds of pig ears.. which is a case.

      I don’t mind a little fat either, I just worry about people that take it out the package and cook it immediately without trying to inspect or clean any part of it🤢

      It's amazing how black people assume chitterlings and hog maws are slave food when other cultures in multiple nations eat them. Either you don't read or travel.
      Either way the comment was so ignorant it's obvious you are a black American who never traveled the world or tried to learn about anything. All most seem to know are negativity about themselves.

    • @LGSPTJ
      @LGSPTJ 3 місяці тому +1

      Lobster, crabs, okra, beans and rice were slave foods, too. Are we suppose to stop eating those as well?
