  • This is an informal video with some clips of my vacation in Tamarindo over the last week!
    One of my favorite parts of my business is traveling to see clients and see different places in Costa Rica! This is my third time in Tamarindo and I thought it would be perfect for a vacation with my friend that came to visit me for the week.
    Enjoy!
    AND REMEMBER!

    Wow this must have been during busy season and it’s so quiet!
    I hope all my favs are still around like falafel hut, pangas, and that Italian restaurant along the strip with two floors.
    Subscribed as I’m planning to move there in a few years :)

      I will be sure to do that when I am up there! It can be quite a trek but I do have clients moving to different areas of Guanacaste

    Love your channel. I am in Tamarindo now (10 days so far) and I have been to all those places. The mini Bloody Mary's are at Pacifico (roundabout) where they have foosball and ping pong and dancing on Thursdays. I play foos with the manager.

    I just have to tell you how amazed I was when the street vendor didn’t charge you double. I always get charged more & you’re more “Macha” then I 😂

    The hotel/condo you were staying was the bomb, with a great view. What was it? Was it a good, great, or excellent deal? Plan on coming down this year...hopefully.

      We had just found it on airbnb! It was pretty cheap. Less than $100/night.

    I was there in Tamarindo for my first time on vacation last December 2019 and loved all the beaches in that area great experience except the mosquitos and not sure what other insects tore up my arms and back. I was staying at a cabin in a mountain right outside Tamarindo maybe that's where I got bitten.

    As several others have noted..."Regaleme uno", sí, ¡me gusta mucho esta expresión! But what did the street meat lady say to you just before you asked her how much they were? I couldn't quite catch that...

    How's the overall nightlife? I have a 10 day trip to Tamarindo coming up in two weeks with 5 other buddies. They get pretty wild, is it safe?

    I was there 2 years ago. Very expensive. A pizza was 30 usd. Can of coke was 5.25. Wow.

    • @alexmarchant8020
      @alexmarchant8020 3 роки тому

      You have to look well for places to eat, a family pizza can cost from 10 to 15 dollars, even less and a 3-liter coke about 3 dollars or 1 dollar for a half-liter coke,
      also, a good option is to rent a place on airbnb where you can cook, so you can buy in supermarkets and prepare your own food at a very low cost

    • @elkarlos814
      @elkarlos814 3 роки тому

      A can of coke: 400colones or 70cents. Large 2 item pizza: 8mil or $10.
      You got gigged.

    what I noticed was that no one was wearing a mask. so, there are no mask or social distance rules?? if not I am running there.

    • @SarahElenaDesignsLife
      @SarahElenaDesignsLife  3 роки тому +1

      People are not required to wear masks outdoors. That depends on your personal preference. If you go indoors to a bank, business, grocery store etc, you are required to wear a mask, they will often check your temperature, and they have hand washing or hand sanitizer.
