The 'bell-end' is the head of the penis (think of the shape to see why). It's also an insult usually meaning either rude/mean or stupid. It's not super offensive but it's not for professional or formal settings of course 😂These daily Top Gear clips are amazing. Thank you DTN! Also, I don't know if you got this but 'Jezza' is Jeremy's nickname - there are a few British name-shortenings which follow the same pattern (for example, 'Chazza' can be short for 'Charles')
