When I first heard this, it made me think about how far the party had come...in a land so far away from Midgar, where the 1st game began. It made the world feel massive.
I had to put my controller down for a while when this played first time. Something inside me just hit. I couldn’t stop thinking about my life, my mistakes, what I had to do make things right. It was honestly so spiritual and emotional. It’s unbelievable how beautiful this song and the game’s soundtrack is.
So glad I finally found this! I noticed it just after the sidequest in which Nanaki tells the Gis he'll find a solution... Well, I did not want to move because i did not want it to stop 😂
Trying to sooth a newborn baby and I thought 'What was that lovely piece of music from the canyon area of that RPG I played for most of 1997?' Found my way back here, almost 30 years later. Mission accomplished: baby soothed.
My guess is that it will be included with the Rebirth OST Plus to be released later this year. A similar thing happened with the Remake OST...several of the tracks were not included in the initial OST release, but were in a "OST Plus" album released around December.
Love this song, so beautiful that reminded me of Yoshinori Kitase works Servant of The Mountain/People of the North Pole song from FFX which focus on Asian music genre maybe Japanese or Chinese
This is so nice x) Still, I need to find the version of 'Those who fight further' when fighting the area bosses as its closer to the original boss music than the Airbuster theme from the first part was >.
I cannot get this song to play anymore even in the observatory area. After I beat the Gi’s temple and got back to cosmo canyon only the original track plays… any idea how to get this track back?
Many composers for FF7 and its Remakes also worked on Xeno. The Xeno 2 and 3 composer was a student of Uematsu in the 90s. The similarities will definitely come through. Good music sounds a certain way.
This rendition of the Cosmo Canyon theme has gotta be my favorite
trueski
Mine too ❤

Started crying when i heard this in game 😭 so beautiful i love how they kept using the theme in places
My favorite area to visit no doubt.
I think it's my favourite piece of music in Rebirth, no I'm pretty sure it is my favourite
I Loved the original Cosmo Canyon Song but this IS Something i never thought IT could Sound Like, its perfection.

I am STILL listening to this ever since I got to Cosmo Canyon 3 weeks ago
I can't wait to listen FF7 Ost in the game awards❤
it's an amazing song but it ain't that deep bruh😂
@@stephensturges5711music evokes depth. Are you missing depth in your life?
@@gogomiguelito nope. I appreciate this music. but no music has ever made me go soul searching lol
Remember Nanaki, your Father died a hero.
Chills!!
There should be a spin-off based on Seto.
😢❤
One of my favorites in the game, which says a lot.
Actual chills, this is a stunningly beautiful version ❤
Heard this in the background when at the observatory and was struck in the feels. Masterpiece.
I was 10 when the original came out. I’m 38 now with 2 kids wife . Life is good. God is good. That violin hits the soul.
This game ❤😫 this music
This is so beautiful, WHY is it not on the soundtrack???
It is!
@@Zorborzalname of the track? I didnt see it on there
@@xPersistence Brave and Noble Seto
@@ZorborzalI don’t think it’s the same thing. I listened back to back :(

same here 😂
Magnifique... Incroyable... OST majestueuse.

Amazing song. Was kinda hooked to it while listening to Bugenhagen.
Absolutely beautiful game 🫡
This is such a wonderful theme. It made me realise I how much I love all of these characters.
The piano sad version sounds like it would be perfect for nanakis father seto
Wow this is so comforting
It's absolutely criminal that this track wasn't included in the OST release.
ff7, just in general, the original and the remakes, always have top tier music in the games
this is no exception
So god damn beautiful!
Poignant. Emotional. Magnificent!
definitely using this whenever i need to study again
It seems that even The Original Soundtrack doesn't include this one. = =
So irritating. Like just let me buy it digitally
Really bizarre that it doesn’t

Cosmo Canyon was always my favorite composition from final fantasy 7. I’m very glad they kept it.
Actually stopped playing the game to listen. Beautiful rendition.
Beautifull and soothing!

Why wasn’t this version included on the soundtrack??
❤❤😭😭😭😭
The first thing I did when the OST came out was look for this track and sadly it was not included
Cuz they are most likely releasing the rebirth soundtrack plus like they did for remake
Its on the ost. Gotta order it from SE. Its on disc 5
@@urmailman Like others have said, it's not. The track titled "Cosmo Observatory" on Disc 5 is different from the track in this video.

Why aren't these on Spotify?? Like what's the point of Spotify
Because Square wants you to buy the physical version for $70. Hope that they will release the digital version on spotify soon
Coming soon to Kingdom Hearts 5.3-X2
Is this track on Spotify?
Where/when in the game does this version play?
That intro gives FXIV vibes…man the OST can’t come out fast enough
This is too xenoblade , must be inspired 100 percent

@@Ultinarok47this guy has no clue who uematsu is lol
No this is just Uematsu's original being arranged in a unique way. Don't bring that xenoblade trash in here.
