You're so right about battery life. I bought it 3 days ago, charged it up to 100% and now, it needs another charge. I would say it last only 3 days. Also, i think it would be good if it could show the battery life on the face rather than pressing the side button all the time
I've had my Fitbit Inspire HR for over a month. I didn't know it was touch screen, til after the fact. I love it. It's functional for my fitness tracking needs and the slimmer design was pleasing to the eye. There is a GPS function, under the 'running" exercise feature.
hey, could you tell me why you would need the gps function? do you need to carry your phone to activate gps? and does it give you a map of the route you've walked/ran?
Jimmy gps connected with your phone, used for running, cycling etc. You need to bring your phone

Glad you like yours for the most part. Mine sucks! It disconnects from Bluetooth constantly and therefore does not give me text notifications. I miss my Alta hr:( Looking at the Fitbit troubleshooting site, looks like I’m not alone in this.

@@jimskeuh I ended up purchasing the Inspire HR and I am loving it. I feel like it's slightly more accurate compared to using an app oj your phone, because it's attached to your wrist and uses your heart rate to measure calories burned. Also, when you purchase a fitbit you download the Fitbit app and link it to your watch. The app is really cool and really detailed, you're able to track alot of things. Definitely recommend 👌
I feel you on the mechanical watch part. I can’t wait till these trackers get thinner so it looks sleeker on the opposite wrist of your watch.
Word! Though to be honest, I’m now wearing my Apple Watch + Mechanical watch and have got around the initial weird looks.

overall good product , but while running if you want to check say miles covered or BPM ,, Due to the small dial design .. its very hard to check that ! during the day time it will be even more harder

The inspire hr is a nice beginner entry to the Fitbit family. It’s thin, has all the standard features, it’s the cheapest of the full fledge fitbits. I just got mine a few days ago and I’m loving it!
I purchased the inspire HR, and my feelings are mixed.
The only reason that made me prefer the Fitbit is HR measurements.
But it's not very accurate for me.
When i workout it will lose tracking for several minutes at once, then come back with an inaccurate reading for some other minutes before showing that makes sense again.
It's very upsetting and completely ruins the purpose of this bracelet for me

When I'm relaxed in the middle of a day, my heart rate dips into the mid to low 50s yet it claims my resting HR to be 60 bpm. It's obviously incorrect and I'd like to know EXACTLY how Fitbit tracks this stat. It seems wrong to me.
It may not be making full contact 100% of the time and is estimating maybe? I'm not too sure about that issue.
What I hate is mine only lasted less than 13 months! Long enough to lose warranty, and short enough to make me wonder if Fitbit is worth the price. Seriously thinking about upgrading to iwatch.
I have had the inspire hr for a couple of weeks. I’d like to add a few to the cons. The design is slim on the front, but really thick from the sides. The alarm is almost nonexistent. No snooze, too weak for even a light sleeper like me. Buy xiaomi instead.
Didn't it say that it has snooze? The alarm goes off after one click on the button bot then after a few mins itll repeat itself. If you press the button twice the alarm will completely shut off (i think)
@@lenaburk643 Thanks for your input. When the alarm works, I usually get up after clicking the button once, so I didn't know whether one click serves as snooze or not. For the weak buzzing, I just set up two or tree alarms spaced out by 10 minutes.
My inspire hr responds very quickly I also get gps I just have to connect it to my phone through bluetooth. And I agree with the battery life I'm not sure how long it will last I know in one day it's at 75%
i have a few questions. isn't the advantege of having a inspire hr the fact you don't need to carry your phone anymore for tracking your steps? and for gps function do you need to carry your phone with you and also enable bluetooth which drains the battery of the phone.
@Petals I charge it when it hits like 15% I havent paid attention to how long it lasts yet 🤦♀️🤣🤷♀️
@@jimskeuh if you want to have it GPS where you are you need your phone but if you just want to count your steps or exercise you only need to sync it to the app occasionally or you will lose all of your data the fit bit itself only keeps it for so long, I'm sure there's someone that can answer those questions better than I can

Ive had the inspire HR for a couple of months now and its very inaccurate. The heart rate monitor way off while im working out at the gym the heart rate is off by 30 to 40bpm

Fitbit is doing a great work but somehow it fails with success. Maybe because of design and extra small size. But the waterproof facility in fitbit fitness trackers is awesome.

Fitbit always changes the design so you can’t replace the battery in 1-2 years. You have to buy the new generation including the band.

seems to me you got the wrong product. If you are a person that wants GPS you do not buy the Inspire. There are other models that have GPS.

Yes I can read mines and you can change clock faces on the app

No. The screen is purple like the watch and cannot see it in bright sun
