I just went through a break up and did exactly the same thing. Got closer to God than ever, read the Bible, read devotionals, prayed through journaling. He has sent me so many signs, he kept on bringing up certain verses of the Bible that I needed to focus on to heal. He’s so amazing and I crave to be closer to him and know him in a deeper level. I just broke up with the man I thought was going to marry but I know God has another plan for me and I trust in him fully. ❤️
I appreciate everything you said ,im also dealing with a 3yr toxic relationship that i just eneded this past month. I held on to the little good he had to offer, i was so blinded. I prayed to God so many times and I finally had the courage and strength to move on with the help of the lord. This guy had me sooo desperate and out of ny element. The lord definitely did deliver me out of this relationship and is taking care of me through this healing process. I know that as-long as i keep putting God first in my life God will get me through everything with the most amazing strength and courage that he wants us to have.

My ex literally told me I was a little chubby the year after we broke up (obviously I got depression because of the breakup); and honestly, that hurt. Sorry not sorry but you can't say those things. To anyone. :(
