I bought a dremmel a while back to use for 3-D printing and for small projects with my son and daughter it actually has a little lawn mower attachment for Sharping the blade might try it out.
I like it, the guide would keep on proper angle with no guess work. I had been looking at a balancer for mower blade, sharpening tool guide would be a plus, thanks.
You could also probly use one of those Mini DMT stones I have the big ones for sharping my hand planes and chisels. I think this system would work a lot better if there was a way to adjust the angle of the stone That way you're always hitting the blade at the tip. Maybe next time you do it get a black sharpy And color in the bevel to the edge that way we can see where its sharpening exactly
Depends ..this time of year every week ..but as season moves on every 2-3 weeks ...they go dull very quickly when using commercially ...some people do every day especially down south with the thicker grasses
