    Love your reading journal - no judgement here, books are personal and people love or don’t love how it touches them

    I have the B6 compact 2024 and am loving it! The Common planner is the best, in my opinion

    New to your channel but I love how you explain how you use your spreads as opposed to showing a journal that’s ben shown 1000 toiles and naming sticker shops for 30 min of video!

    I love the way you tailored the goals pages to add the quarter summaries on that page! Stealing that idea, thank you! Your planner pages are quite beautiful.

    What a lovely, lovely flip! I am so terrified to use a book-bound planner because I so fear "messing up a page," but you made it look so easy with stickers and focus! Thank you for sharing!

    I love your stickers! I think you should open a shop even if you have to do it slowly but I know that you’re biggest focus needs to focus on graduate school

      I don't really make stickers myself, I tried once using AI but it is a very time-consuming process haha. I mainly use stickers from Etsy

    What fantastic ideas for using this planner! You have a new subscriber! Would you be able to share where you got the girl stickers in the spread @22:44? Thank you 😊.

      Thanks for subscribing! They are from that Ukrainian sticker store I mentioned (the link is in the description). I bought them in Ukraine, but they do international delivery, as far as I know

    Thanks for sharing your planners with us. I loved some of the spreads you shared. I do not think you should sell stickers using AI generated images. I think it would be great if you sold stickers you designed without using AI images. AI generated images take from artists and images from across the internet and do not give any credit to who created the images the AI creates.

      Thanks for the comment! As for the AI images, I agree, even though I tried to generate separate elements only, there is still no way to check where they come from

    If you liked the aura estelle weekly + 2 blank pages you should definitely look into the papertessdesign the yearly planner! Its TMR and goes in chronological order like july month, week 1 (horizontal weekly + 7 pages for each day of the week), week 2 and so on! For me personally it makes more sense (plus from what i've seen they're europe based so shipping and currency exchange is easier) also is super minimal and quite elegant looking imho?
    I am between sterling ink and papertessdesing planners but i might go for eu based just for the commodity of paying in € and not having VATs

      Thanks for advice! I have already ordered Sterling Ink (B6 Compact Full Year). I was looking into Aura Estelle as well, but most of their planners have horizontal layouts. I believe Papertess also has horizontal layout in their yearly planner, so it won't work for me, but I saw their weeks sized planner and they look awesome. Might get one later!

      @BaBeexb Рік тому +1

      @@planning_plain yeah i ended up getting a b6 compact in the end too, i just thought that i've gotten used to the vertical layout (and its better for me to timeblock and know my exact free/busy times at a glance) and was like, on horizontal is not as clear and i would rather don't have a semi-bujo situation.... so i caved in. i did read that someone on reddit complained about having to pay 40€ on import fees.... touching some wood so it doesnt happen to us!

    • @planning_plain
      @planning_plain  Рік тому

      @@BaBeexb actually, I decided to buy Papertess if they are available again. I want to try to imitate vertical layout with that hourly washi tape they have. In this case I would get both vertical and horizontal in one planner. They are sold out now, but I will try

      @@BaBeexb as for the tax, VAT should be included in the price, last year I didn’t have any issues, but I guess it depends on the country. I am relatively new to the EU, so I am still getting used to the whole thing😂

    • @BaBeexb
      @BaBeexb Рік тому

      @@planning_plain they will be available in late september/early october! still thinking wether to buy one myself and just use that one as a journal tbh... we'll see because i just know that the stationary obssessed in me won't resist hahaha & yeah for vat my theory is it is completely random - i have had friends send me gifts from the usa (declared as such) and some times i'd have to pay for vat and others not which ???? i am also comtemplating getting an ipad mini and try some digital planning.... but i also want the ipad to draw and stuff so a mini seems very impractical.
