Im so thankful for your channel and hard work, effort to teach us how to cook really great Chinese food dishes in our home. I really appreciate the passion you guys have about your food. You guys work really hard in the kitchen to create some flavorful dishes and I just want to say Thank you! People usually don't appreciate the hard work cooks put into making the perfect dish..They just order take out or they dine out w/o thinking about the creator behind those great dishes/side items...

    What is a substitute for wine?
    Is beer without alcohol and make a substitute for wine?

      I suggest omitting the wine to make it alcohol free. The final taste will not be affected too much.

      That's a wok I used for years. It is common here (in Malaysia) and is available at any kitchenware store. I also saw it online at Amazon.

      Should be OK as those are not the main ingredients.
