@@FloatingOnAZephyr Wrong. The DPP sets the CPS's policies on what sort of crimes and perpetrators will be prioritised by local Police forces. That was why the Grooming Gangs were allowed to operate on the grounds that to concentrate on a section which was dominated by Asians would not be 'conducive to community relations'.
