Can you please tell me which burger is the one you used to win the Best Burger and the Wine & Food festival? Stew called it the "Big Stew burger" on the video but I'm not sure exactly which burger it was! And also, what other ingredients did you use on it? Did you use Stew's steakhouse burger seasoning? Thanks!

Hi Robert, We used 80/20 fresh chuck beef patties for The Big Stew burger. Other ingredients were, aioli, caramelized Vidalia onions, NY Sharp Cheddar Cheese, and Stew's low-sodium bacon. It that is an example of how you pack them for sale, one burger per tray, that makes it about the most wasteful packaging I've seen.
