However, Frisco start have major companies such as both TIAA, McAfee regional headquarters coming in. Those new companies are planning hiring few thousands employees.

Fairways of Ridgeview is a great neighborhood for that price point. It’s in Plano, but zoned for Frisco ISD so you get the best of both worlds.
What might a family pay for rent in Frisco for a 3+ bed detached home with double car garage?
It could vary depending on which part of Frisco, but there are homes currently available in the $2500-$3000 range.
Property tax is a bummer
Be ready to pay top dollar for any house in Frisco and super high property taxes
