    Weight loose bahot badi Baat nahi...
    Maine jab first time kiya tha, tab 19 Kgs kam kiya tha in a short span of time...
    Lekin fast weight loss ka dikkat kya hai, REBOUND EFFECT, aur main ek saal Mein Phir 15 kgs gain kar liya...
    Yes, in the second time, I've learned my lesson and I'm fit now..
    Tips :-
    1. Diet itna bhi change mat karo ki zameen aasmaan ka farq ho.. Dheere dheere change karo apne body aur hunger craving ke hisaab se....
    2. Eat fibre rich and protein rich food(most necessary), and in the end eat balanced diet in a caloric deficit diet...
    - aur macros aur micros nahi complete ho rahe to, multi vitamins le lo..
    Balanced diet bahot imp hai, warna bahot dikkat Aa sakte...
    3. Aur last, Cardio is okay, kar sakte ho par weight training par Dhyaan do.. I mean 80% strength training hi karo instead Cardio..
    And be in calorie deficit diet...

    I lost 15kg, (80kg to 65kg) by running, and some exercise in 120 days. Same here cut sugar, maida, fried items and bakery food, and processed. Added locally available foods, vegies, and local brown rice.
