When I was 17 I wanted to go to a WOTE concert In Silver Spring, Maryland so badly but it was sold out. I tweeted out that I was looking for a ticket and none other than Beard Guy Dmd me and added me to his comp list. I will never forget his generosity and how special he made me feel. I am a WOTE fan for life because of this. Music was such an important part of my childhood and that WOTE concert was the first ever one I went to by myself, tbh I was terrified. At the concert, some parents who also brought their kids told me I could hang out with them because I looked lonely and we made friends. It felt nice to meet people who knew all the words just like I did and I have never felt so welcomed by a group of people. Thank you to everyone in this community, sending so much love

I came to this show my husband surprised me with tickets. I cried with happiness after it finished, I was so grateful to him. Love this memory, he’s for sure missed.

Oh wow I was not ready for this... so happy to see a 'new' video with Mike but at the same time brought me to tears. Last week we just lost a dear friend unexpectedly to a heart attack so raw wounds and all. Thank you for the wonderful memories and beautiful music def miss the beard and his ballads and him stoically standing there.

We’ve danced and bonded so much listening to “her band”. I’m looking at the four thumbs pointing down at this video wondering why 😂 So much joy has been brought to me, then my family, because of Walk off the Earth... errr..
