As Billy Wright said if I’m on the losing side I will die if I’m on the winning side I will live.
Collusion at the highest level this intervviwer is one sided
In what way?
Crip didn't miss the bastard
I thought John would have mentioned ' Ta Power ' because along with Costello and O' Hara , the man was years ahead Politically about the IRSP and their aims and goals. But sadly it was internal feuding which caused the movement the loss of Ta Power and as I'm sure people are aware of...It was the feud with the Officials that Costello was killed and then of course Patsy died on hunger strike along with Kevin Lynch and Mickey Devine in1981 along with seven other Republicans on the Provo side. Those ten men will never be forgotten as true Republican Martyrs who gave the ultimate sacrifice for their cause and their comrades and their principals given the situation at the time. Rest well brave soldiers of Eíre...!! 😎✊💚☘🙏✝🕊 Erín Go Bragh , Slaínte 🥃 PS Check out the book INLA:Deadly Divisions !!
Deadly Divisions was a hatchet job on the IRSM movement. One of the writers was an ex Stickie, so he was hardly going to write in glowing terms about the movement
@@tofu-warrior7948 Aye , well it's one of two books that I know of that focuses on the beginings and ending of the split and I've never known either of the two who wrote it to be a stickie...!! Sources...??
Deadly divisions according to the leadership of Cueball was atrocious
@tofu-warrior7948 I know one of the former Organisers of the IRSM's North American wing who said the same thing regarding Deadly Divisions, not only was McDonald a former Stick, those interviewed by him weren't exactly neutral in their viewpoints toward the IRSM, other former Sticks and those who had sided with or were sympathetic to the IPLO in the wake of the 1986/87 split, for example.
@@antoindearg5614 McDonald was not a Stickie but was active in the 80's in The Workers Party/OSF , he died in 2023 at 57 !!
How can we believe him when he says he doesn’t know what organisation Billy Wright was in when he was murdered.
He's making a political point was wright uvf/UDA or was the LVF a real thing or just a deniable label
They did the work for the British government

Where did the guns come from 😂❤
Definitely try and get Dessie it’s time this man gave an in-depth interview.
Without help from MI6 it wouldn’t have happened
The Brits allowed the it's to get him... SIMPLE
Security forces let the guns in as you and them men on the payroll did what they said.

What about the INLA sectarian slaughter at Darkley plus a lot of killings of ordinary Protestants ?
What about what aboutery ; lets go back to the formation of the gerrymandered SICK COUNTIES to form a Protestant State - what about that?
What about it?
Another brilliant one 👏
Good work, continue with the disclosure .
Your ballicks it was set up and you no it old man.

What the catholic members don't want to address is there was collusion on both sides with special branch, special branch was collouding with both sides to keep the troubles going, so for an ex INLA or ex ira member to claim that there was collouding only on the unionist side and the loyalist side is a lie or they were oblivious history has already proven that there was collusion with not only the UK special branch but with the Irish government also.... So don't try to paint the Irish, ira or INLA to being a people with their back against the wall as some sort of oppressed reactionary saintisim people who for the people and totally just, all party's on both sides of the religious devide who killed were and are murderers
You're outa your mind pal.... innocent catholics most certainly had their backs against the wall... by mobs of unionists and a complete lack of opportunity for basic resources... there was psychotic murderers on both sides yes but for the most part the collusion and sectarian killing was the specialty of loyalists
I remember seeing or reading somewhere that 1 in 3 Republican operatives were Brit/ SB/MI5 agents or informers?
The British actively assisted in providing targets, alibis and escapes for loyalist death squads, in particular to target republican activists. It didn't happen the other way around. The collusion was with loyalists against republicans by the RUC & Brit intelligence services.
There's a difference between outright collision the unionist side and infiltration and black mail(to grass/rat) on the Republican side
Bs
The feud ruined any potential genuine socialist movement..
Not really
Any movement has been ruined by immigration and the open border EU policy
Socialism ruins everything.
Brits out Africans in!

Thanks John and TGLP
Was dom mclinchy part of the inla feud? Who killed Dominic? Why who ? 47 yr old man always been fascinated with francis hughes and Dominic, the oc of his IRA UNIT,set up there own independent IRA during the split from the officials IRA,then provisional IRA, had a fall out with the RA, joined INLA, became their chief of staff, then his wife was shot 12 times in the back of her skull, tried to make a cross ✝️ wi the bullets, then he ( Dominic) was released and killed? That's all I know on his death 💀 anyone know more?
No he wasn't part of the feud for obvious reasons, he was in jail during the killings in 1987 and had been assassinated before the 1996 one.
Marys death wasn't part of the feud but probably linked to an earlier killing in the earlier part of the 1980s.
Leave alone ❤
RIP Crip 🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪✊✊
I was coming out of the toilets in the Inshops in Belfast shortly after Billy Wright was killed. On the back to the toilet door this was written.
What's the difference between a black taxi and Billy Wright?
A black taxi can take 5 in the back.
Wonderful NI humour, even if it is not factually accurate.
Aye , there was other slogans on t-shirts saying ' Caught in a rat trap ' and the song by Geldof was played on repeat on the jukeboxes at the time aswell...!! I was only 14 at the time but I remember it being all over the news too...!!
"Billy Wrighted "
I remember wright and his mob selling t-shirts stating...yabba dabba doo any Fenian will do...tho he was right about one thing he was on the losing side...onwards to the 32.
