My niece went abroad, and on her return she called for her car (as was the instruction). The guy who dropped the car off left it in a short-stay car park rather than the pick-up point, citing it was "too busy to park" at the agreed pick-up location, and telephoned her saying he couldn't wait and would leave the keys "in the boot". It took her around 5 minutes to walk to the car and when she got there it was badly damaged down the one side. Suffice to say, when she contacted the drop-off driver she could not get an answer. As it was extremely late at night she did not want to wait in the area it was left in, and went home. She contacted the company the next morning and needless to say they claimed no knowledge of any damage, claiming it was perfectly fine when they dropped it off.
Sadly the more I read online the more I realise this type of thing happens way more often than you might think. Just goes to show you cannot trust companies to do what you have asked and paid them to do anymore. Thank you for watching!! 👍🏻
Just had a very similar experience at Heathrow meet and greet. Landed and no one answered the phone number, went over to meet and greet and no one was there. One guy, who didn’t even seem to work for the company, was sorting out the bookings and explained no drivers were available from this company, so drivers from other companies were having to be roped in. We had to wait for 90 minutes for our car (others had to wait even longer) and to top it off, the car was absolutely filthy. Covered in bird muck and dirt. Didn’t notice anything stolen but didn’t leave anything in there of any worth. Safe to say we won’t use it again, do not use!!
Sorry to hear that. Sounds like a very similar experience to me! Such an awful situation to have to deal with when you’ve just come back from a trip away. Thank you for watching! 👍🏻
would not leave my car with any of these types of company , i always park at the airport and take my keys with me , too many stories of this happening , cars parked in fields and damaged , good luck getting any money back
Worked in a property in a layby just off the Colnbrook bypass. Up until about a year ago the layby was always being used by these companies. Cars were parked at all angles , parked on grass verges. Anywhere and everywhere basically. The road was prone to flooding and had HGVs using it 24/7. These parking always looked well dodgy. The council had a clamp down , and its no longer used.
can't trust anyone these days. now need to fit a tracker on the car and have a hidden camera. I'd say name and shame the company. these days need proof for everything, they easily could say your lying etc.
Yeah your right, i find it crazy to think i paid for a service and this is what has happened but ultimately some people will always spoil it for everyone else. It only takes one bad egg and it seems I got that driver. Thanks so much for watching! 👍🏻
I used to do work on vehicle electrics and needed to empty centre consoles etc. I would have the guys put each 'pocket' into a bag and leave them all on the passenger seat. Now doing business development and with cheap electronics these people should have body cams for their own protection and to keep customers safe.
Body cams for the drivers would be a great idea, it saves them being accused of something that they may not have done and also gives the customer peace of mind too. Thanks for watching! 👍🏻
Don't touch any 'off airport parking'. There are a few Bona fide companies, but they few and far between. Your car is parked in a ordinary street or housing estate around the airport, not in a dedicated yard.
Lesson learnt 🫡 since this happened to me Iv read up a lot on the whole airport parking situation and it’s now not a surprise at all that this happened to me. On the positive side of things they have now given me a 50% refund so atleast I have that back. Thanks for watching! 👍🏻
Are you sure it wasn't dumped miles away in a side street? Or driven around by the people working there? I had a car that was not kept secure and was driven about 30miles. The camera had been disconnected.
To be quite honest I have no idea where it’s parked once I hand over the keys. As naive as that sounds, Iv never actually checked. I absolutely will be checking next time I look to book something like that! 👍🏻 thanks for watching!!
they take the car to a gypsy camp and wheel spin it round untill the tyres are bald , this happened to a relative and he had to go and collect it himself and the tyre was flat and worn out . also check the mileage , dont trust the company, was meet and greet at Heathrow.
@@JacobBurchell I work at Heathrow airport, this should be reported to Heathrow airport limited. I must admit you do see many rouge companies operating around there.

Meet and greet has been fined by trading standards, so i suggest never use them.
I think it’s a lesson learnt for me now, Iv been burnt once but I won’t be burnt twice. Thanks for watching!! 👍🏻
Stanstead Airport Meet & Greet put 25 miles on my car for ‘on airport parking’ and unplugged my dashcam!! I’ll never use or recommend them.
Thats crazy! Thankfully my car didnt have many miles put on it but still a terrible experience all round.
Thanks for watching!

I didn’t realise this was the reality until I started reading up on it this week, unbelievable that it’s allowed to carry on.
Thanks for watching! 👍🏻

Be happy you've got your car back ,if it would be stolen it is your fault for giving them keys .
Ill never book Heathrow Valet Parking again.
It is happening at all airports, not just LHR. These people make a quick buck.
Report to police and try and get a refund via the credit card?
If he can't even say how much money was there, no chance the police will be interested.
It's also Your fault there's no border control. Don't leave money in your car.
Ill clear the money out of my car and then get straight to patrolling our borders 🫡
Because foreigners are to blame for unregulated rip off corporations?
It’s theft, report it to the police!
Which company was it don't use valley parking they drive the cars like nutters
‘Blue Circle Parking’ - used them before and never had an issue… until now.
Thanks for watching!! 👍🏻

Southall is a town with the most new cars in London...

Name the company so as to caution others.
‘Blue Circle Parking’ 🔵
Thanks for watching! 👍🏻
Unless you name the company, not really worth moaning about it.
It was ‘Blue Circle Parking’ 🔵
Thanks for watching! 👍🏻
