Redding competition shell holders are great for consistent shoulder bumps. Make hard contact between the die and shell holder and you don't have to worry about any inconsistency
On any Ram style press I use Adjustable shellholders for controlling headspace. I don't trust adjusting the die up and down personally! Especially on a Turret press.
I need to do something like that. I've got several rifles in different calibers, some bolt some semi auto, and I need a better way to adjust sizing dies in between. I've normally just purchased another sizing die and set it and marked it for each rifle, but it's getting a bit ridiculous. One micron adjustable die sounds like the solution

Micrometer dies for the win

I always deprime 1st. Sometimes the primer will be raised around the firing pin strike and skew the measurement.
@@DanielReyes-hz1qk check out Erik cortina’s dies. I have a video on them. Micro adjust should bump. A little pricey tho!
