Why America is so obsessed with POC? Everyone has different experience no matter color. Everyone has different point of view, family, values, decisions. It is hypocritical to write everything off for color.
The focus on POC isn’t meant to deny that everyone has unique experiences, but to recognize that race can significantly shape those experiences, opportunities, and outcomes. While America is diverse, we can’t ignore the fact that POC face specific challenges due to societal inequality. Highlighting these issues isn’t about disregarding individual differences but addressing the disparities that disproportionately affect certain racial groups

Just because U make it immportant for your life, decisions, values and experiences. All this obsession with POC, crytical race theory gives a victim's mentality for humans.
