- This cute mini cake in a disposable box is super popular in Korea.
I find so many cute and funky cakes on Instagram these days!
So I tried making it as well.
I hope you like the video! :)
Ingredients
Chocolate sponge
2 Eggs
1 Yolk
Sugar 60g
Honey 15g
Pastry flour 50g
Cocoa powder 10g
Unsalted Butter 10g
Milk 15g
Bake at 350F for about 12 to 15min
(It depends on your oven and quantity)
* I used 30cm x 20cm pan
Cream cheese icing
Cream cheese 150g
Sugar 45g
Whipping cream 150g
Food coloring (Red, yellow, green)
Sprinkles
요즘 인스타 보니까 이렇게 일회용 박스에다가 넣은 귀여운 케익들이 인기가 많더라구요.
그래서 저도 한번 만들어봤어요!
사실 이렇게 색소가 들어가는 케익은 버터크림으로 만드는게 편하고 좋은데
아무래도 버터크림은 무겁고 느끼할 수 있죠.
그렇다고 맛이 좋은 생크림을 쓰자니, 색감을 표현하기 어려운 부분이 있어요.
(색이 화사하게 안나오지요)
그래서 저는 크림치즈 아이싱으로 해보았답니다.
크림 치즈 아이싱은 맛도 좋고 색감도 잘 나와서 좋아요.
단점이 하나 있다면, 쉽게 묽어진다는 점이에요!
너무 묽어지면 냉장고에 30, 40분 보관했다가 다시 휘핑 조금 하시고 사용하시면 된답니다.
부족하지만, 영상 늘 봐주시는 여러분!

초콜릿 제누와즈
계란 2개
노른자 1개
설탕 60g
꿀 15g
박력분 50g
코코아 파우더 10g
무염버터 10g
우유 15g
180도에서 12-15분간 구워주세요
(오븐 사양이나, 반죽 양에 따라 시간이 달라질 수 있어요)
* 30cm x 20cm 팬 썼어요
크림치즈 아이싱

I did this for my "rich friend's" birthday she put it in her bag (she kinda just tossed it almost) I felt so sad since i tried so hard to make it look good

@Kookienut ok yall imma about to tell a story: so I had a group of friends their names were : Keegan,Lindsey, Ava, and me. One day Keegan and Lindsey stopped talking to us and hanged out with each other for recess. Then the next day they came back to our group and acted liked nothing happened. Ava forgave them, I was a little hesitant but then I got persuaded in to being friends with them again. (Few months in Corona) I suggested to Lindsay and Ava we should start a cover group (P.S we tried other times but people kept getting into fights) so they said 'sure why not' so we decided to do Hip by mamamoo. Then I got this weird feeling that Lindsey was gonna bail on the group so I told Ava. She said 'no, Lindsey wouldn't do that', so I believed her. Oh what a fool I was, Lindsey ended up Leaving the group like I said and Lindsey told Ava that she was using her from the start. After that Ava said she was done with her too. But a month later they were friends again, and Ava even tried to make me be friends with her again saying ' you guys need to knock it off and be friends again' but then I'm like ' no I'm not being friends with her because all she does is bring problems to our group'. But then I realized it was always Ava who brought her back back to the group and convinced us "she's changed". So then I'm like ' you know what...IM LEAVING', because I know we are having problems that can be avoided if Lindsey wasn't around'. So then I just left the group. Sorry it was so long

u could grate the burnt parts off, if you put icing on it it wont show anyways

After done icing and all must it be kept on cold temperature? Or can it withstand a few time on normal temp?
Yes it needs to be refrigerated because it has whipped cream. 😄
Try vegetal whipped cream, it can stand in normal temperature without falling

I have worked with every tipe of cream and this one is the most people praise when used on cakes, even more if they are done like in Brasil or Latino countries where the filling of the cake is really sweet or fruity flavours. It doesn't weight and people lactose intorelant can eat it because is made with soy.

How would I make this without the heat thing that you put in (at 1:05 that instrument you used to measure it) and also, I’d make this for myself, and personally I hate chocolate cake 😂 so how would I make it vanilla?
The egg mixture just has to be warm enough to melt the sugar so you can try putting a pinky in and seeing if it’s just warm to the touch! If you don’t want chocolate you can leave the cocoa powder out :)

It’s easy to make cream cheese icing too runny. It happened to me so many times. Cream cheese is one of the trickiest ingredients. There’s a possibility that the temp of the mixture might be high (It should be cold!) Or it’s because it’s overwhipped. You can keep the cream in the fridge to make it cold and whip it again( Be careful not to overwhip!)

I love this kind of cake, with cream icing more than fondant plus it’s so cuteee!!! I remembered my birthday when I was young, my mom couldn’t afford the bigger ones so she bought a cake exactly the same size as what is in the video and I really loved it. It was purple and it was only 1$
