Baizhu is actually incredibly comfy of a healer. Not flashy, but gets the job done. PUlled him mainly for my Keqing team but hes very useable elsewhere too
Yep I pulled him for keqing as well and honestly may use him more than Nahida now especially with Furina. One of favorite Furina teams so far has been a yelan/Baizhu core with any pyro DPS. It’s significantly stronger than I expected
@DAV1999 I think I have 2pc/2pc hp% and energy recharge, so emblem and im blanking but whatever the hp 2pc is. It's probably suboptimal but he bursts often and has 50k hp so it works out

I don’t have Hu Tao but I’ve imagined she’s probably the best unit for the pyro slot but really anyone is viable b/c the core of Yelan/Furina is so strong. I was able to 9* floor 12 with Diluc for first time in forever with relative ease as well

@@annedray2506Maidens increases healing of Prototype amber and the 4pc of Maidens increases the healing recieved from Prototype Amber. Prototype Amber is affected by healing bonuses so Maidens actually works it can even help with Bennett's healing. He hardly reaches an overhealing amount but with Maidens, incoming and outgoing healing is increased.
Extremely rare based zyox take. She is incredibly busted. Her drain is over dramatized. Like zyox said, you have to be extremely bad at the game to suffer with a dedicated healer like jean or baizhu on the team. I also find bennett teams to be fairly comfortable with furina. Klee, bennett, xiangling, furina is quite nice. Hu tao, bennett, furina, yelan also does surprisingly well, but if the enemies move around a lot, jean does better.
Thing is I often have to kick out Kazuha to be replaced with Jean in order to make space for Furina, at which point I'm like.... Naah, i like that crowd control way more than a bit more bonus dmg.
@@SauravKumar-ki4bn Eh, maybe it's cuz my account is very invested, but i find CC to be overrated these days. Like, yeah, when it works it's nice, but like it isn't very relevant in majority of the abyss floors, and even when it's relevant, it's against mobs that you will delete very fast without CC anyway. It's only really very important in something like ayaka teams.

@@ryan6111 literally had him c6 since like patch 1.2 lol and i playeddiluc and then hutao for 2 years and when dendro came out alhaitham and hyperbloom. Ive also used in on nilou bloom. So its very fair to say that ive used him lot. As for the matter at hand,furina replaces xq in almost every single double hydro team. As for solo hydro teams furina/yelan/xq are vetter than each other depending on the team. For examole something like alhaitham quickbloom or cyno quickbloom, yelan and furina are better. For something like thundering furry,xq is better. But furina also gives u a incentive to use her outside of teams that needs hydro so for example like scara teams and xiao teams and in both cases her and yelan are better than xq. So no, xq isnt op.
@@deltaspecies1697how do you measure being “better”. Xq has the benefit of knockback resistance and a small heal. The damage gain with furina would be by needing a full team healer which means you can’t even use hyperbloom since using furina with kuki is cope as hell. I have both xq and yelan (building furina right now) and even then I still use xq in teams that need a little bit more survivability like Nilou bloom with Yao Yao
my favorite team with her is raiden hyperbloom with yaoyao and nahida. its not going to be top tier. but her off field hydro lets you just run around on yaoyao burst. throwing exlosive radishes spawning and popping hyperblooms with raiden. its fun to see all the explosions as yaoyao T poses while sprinting. it also lets nahida E hit some crazy numbers. had her critting for 60-70k with the occasional spread.
Baizhu feels ss tier with Furina he’s so good with her even in non dendro teams. Especially in the overworld when the pets are constantly attacking and draining your hp, he’s also the fastest at reaching her buff cap so far.
He's ONE of the fastest healers to stack Fanfare, but since the limit to how much he can heal depends on Furina's drain, any healer who can keep up with it (and there are many) is able to compete with Baizhu for that spot. What he's unique at is actually providing a shield, something no other party-wide healer in the entire game can do; Though, as of now, this has no offensive applications other than giving an Itto + Gorou + Furina team (like the one talked about in this video) the shield they need for fully using GEO Resonance (which is indeed offensive in nature), so it's niche at best. Maybe he works for Noelle or Ningguang too, IDK. I also find unlikely that there ever will be an artifact set that gives bonus to all of your party's characters based upon the fact that the character equipping it has a shield, but a set that gives bonus based on heals is rumored to arrive in 4.3; While it's true that Baizhu will greatly benefit from it, so will all other non-Anemo healers (because 4PC VV is still much better than this set appears to be). Aside from that, Baizhu also works well in Nilou teams, since he's the healer such teams often needs AND he provides the Bloom reactions with a bit more of damage. In short, he's like a more comfortable Mika / Charlotte (except for Eula and Ayaka, since their teams have no slots for Dendro) that doubles as one of the perfect Nilou team mates (the other being Nahida, of course); Extra for being the best unit for using with Ittou + Furina + Gorou (though Geo teams are expensive for somewhat mid damage).

The sheild is fine combined with the healing you rarely stagger and never die. You make enough cores even with his application what can I say. every Nilou team has to deal with single target eventually. This is one way to do it without using Hida. I don’t need to fight a pathetically, easy weekly boss. I did this shit against abyss Weknut and Copelia. You must think I’m one of those people who just throws out an idea and doesn’t actually play it. Kinda like you who clearly does not TC Nilou. i am forcing the hutao yelan furina mona, its fun having less than or equal 20s rotations. If you can one rotate most of the chambers and you always pick the healing cards, it works. But yes you have to be good invested
I've been testing that team a lot as well, and I think that Xingqiu is more comfortable not only cause of the damage reduction but the rain swords healing. Yes, this is such a Zajef take but it's true
@@nou.1007 that works when i really am just that desperate or when actual endgame hard content, but as of now i can just brute skill my way out of anything, its a once a 2 week thing i do anyway. Generally xingqiu almost a staple for player on comps like these.
I don’t like this team for multiple reason. 1) Furina is a wasted in this team. because you’re not getting a lot of fanfare stack. Prototype Amber doesn’t have the ability to frontloaded healing. 2) Any Hu Tao team with high investment can one rotate the chamber. so I don’t see the point of this team (but it is creative, interesting and fun nonetheless) 3) while high investment plays big part in this team, skill-level and enemies type also play a big part. I don’t see average player survive against super agressive enemy after 3 N2C. especially when Hu Tao is always on life support even by herself, with Furina and no RES interruption from Xingqiu, it’s gonna be rough. 4. Just play VV Vape Hu Tao instead. RES shed is more value able than an absurd amount of DMG% that will hit diminishing return. It is also less stressful to play. 18s rotation is really nice but personally, I don’t think it’s worth it.

I will glaze Furina no matter what. I got her C1, put her in a team with Neuv, Jean, and Fischl, and comfortable cleared. My Jean’s healing sucked, Furina was lvl 70 with a lvl 60 weapon and underleveled artifacts, and she still carried. I’m a glazer for life.
Wait a minute i just got a team idea for kaveh fans that sounds pretty good .... So it's Kaveh Nahida Nilu Furina.... It might sound weird but hear me out you build Kaveh with em and healing bonus to be the healer of the team since he will overheal from the amount of blooms. He will utilize Furinas passive amd the whole team will heal
hmmmmmmmmmmm....idk if with nilou blooms always going off if kaveh will ever actually overheal consistently, but also...you know that that passive isnt nearlyyyyyyyyyyyyyy enough to fulfill furinas drain right? Like...not even close, its supposed to help and it does but its not a crutch. U will need to replace nahida for yaoyao but then thats a nilou team without nahida which is....less than desirable. But yeah....other than that, you then have to give up on either kaveh or furina, which then makes the idea moot. But do ahead and try, it might be a good one rotation team.
I'm a Kaveh main but don't have Nilou to go ham on Bloom but I don't think Furina is any better on that team since she doesn't buff tranformative reaction like bloom and Kaveh's damage with EM build is meh and maybe Nahida's E dmg sure ig. I like the idea but with Furina's drain and (potential) bloom damage on your other teammate when you swap, Kaveh and Furina's healing will not be that practical and enough to sustain the team (ig Nahida with Proto Amber might help but I'm not sure).
I specifically reserve "broken" to characters that have little to no caveats for their playstyle. Nahida and Kazuha fall under this category. Furina's team healer requirement holds her back and makes her teams more fragile and prone to interruption if you don't have Baizhu (and most players don't have him). She's amazing and strong, but she's definitely not the best value pick for most every players like the other two are
Kazuha wont buff what he cant swirl. Nahida is not good in multiwave content. You need to swap back to her.. So no one is broken.... Btw i have both of them C2.

Multiwave content is also bullshit, nahida has 5-6s E cooldown, and youre not killing any shit in 5-6s unless youre mega whale.
I mean, sure it’s hyperbloom. Considering Furina’s slower application, a dendro or electro character to capitalize on the quicken would be more ideal there.
My take is if u dnt have many build characters, then furina cant help u and u cant see how great she is. if u playing the game for a long time and been using 2-4 same team comp all the time, then u will be having a hard time seeing her how good she is. Bec most people are too lazy to build characters.
The lazy players part you mentioned is kinda subjective coz building characters may take so long given the amount of resources you have and you need and the horrible artifacts farming. Though yes some players with Furina and only have very few characters build might not get her benefits and how good she can be.

My favorite team has been Morgana 2.0 with Furina Charlotte but I have not seen a single person even mention it, or even discuss Ganyu with Furina in general :sadge: like at least remember Ganyu enough to say she's bad if you don't like her lol
Yea, the moment i learned about Furina's kit i realized Ganyu would finally have an offensive hydro support that synergizes well with her. It baffles me when everyone only talk about Ayaka or Rizzly when they already work well with XQ (i know Furina could still be an upgrade for them, but for Ganyu she's a game changer) Oh and Furina makes MH set viable for Ganyu. Now you can make Morgana comp good even against unfreezable enemies
It's because the characters who Furina actually buffs them by a noticeable difference e.g Klee, Cyno, Eula, Ganyu, Noelle are still going to be considered 'mid' in genshin community. She doesn't benefit well established teams and mostly acts like a sidegrade, people wanted their Hu Tao, Ayaka to be buffed by 50% dps increase but that isn't happening so people are disappointed.
I really enjoy furina since she can be more powerful than xq and yelan but you need to work around the hp drain. For example I enjoy running a bunch of random teams for abyss and furina really does offer a lot without being no brain to team build.
I pulled for her because of story reasons. I do think she is incredibly powerful but she is making me build some other characters just to maximise damage output and I despise farming. The point is there is so much going on with her kit that I just miss the simplicity of Nahida and Kazuha and their ability to do decent amount of damage with most characters I have built
While I get what you’re trying to say. I kinda disagree a little bit. Kazuha look simple on first glance but he is a lot more complex than people thought. it’s not just “press E/hE, do plunge” and that’s it. you have to understand infusion priorities, reaction priorities and elemental gauge theory. if you’ve been in TC community for a while, you won’t be surprised that people still use him wrong without realizing it. Nahida is very simple, gameplay wise but mechanical wise, she’s not. elemental gauge theory knowledge is required if you want the best out of her. Furina doesn’t require any game knowledge and her gameplay is as simply as it can get. you slap her in the team, press E, heal, Q and that’s it.
@@nanathedelta8561i agree that furina is the simplest to play among those three in terms of gameplay and mechanics. furina's kit itself is simple. where she does get a bit complicated imo, is team comps. i always hear content creators and other people say that we can just slap her into any team that needs a hydro and it'll be good, but it's not that simple imo. if you're gonna slap her into a team (that you're already comfortable with), and have her replace someone, and also replace another party member into a healer if they're not already one (and not just any healer, must be a party-wide healer, else it'll feel very clunky), then your play style of said team may change a bit, or change entirely. examples: i wanted to put her into my freeze team. so then i'll have her replace the hydro member (which is usually kokomi, a healer), so i'll need to replace my anemo slot into jean (which is usually kazuha or venti).. but then i lose out on the comfortable grouping capabilities that kazuha or venti provides, which is especially crucial for ayaka, so her burst can hit all enemies as possible. another one is wanderer team, in which a shielder is important. i'll need a healer on top a shielder, and then furina. i'll have to entirely change the team comp from my usual wanderer - C6 faruzan - zhongli - flex slot. so it really isn't as easy as like, replacing mona into kokomi, or replacing kazuha with sucrose, replacing xingqiu with yelan, etcetc.. furina kinda changes your team entirely.
The furina crowd that shows up on the screen for determining fanfare, does not show up in low graphics, any idea how to takle that problem and determine your fanfares 8n low graphics, cause my pc is so bullshit, it cannot work if i do genshin in high graphics. Please direct me someone.
Apparently you can tell by the crowd, the amount of bubbles on the sides of the screen, and the kinda hard to see wave that covers the screen once you reach max stacks.

@@peroastinktidakhandal Since Furina banner weapon is (sorry for the words XDD) dogshit, and her constellations so good I didn’t pull for the weapon, however, having furina with favonius is super super great, not are you only giving furina er, kokomi is also getting er, and with that and prototype ambar makes that my kokomi doesn’t have many problems doing her ult, I use clamp set in kokomi, better than maiden in my opinion if you want your kokomi to do damage. For kokomi to heal the entire party is with her ult so you want to make priority hp%, flat hp and er for her. I use her in a hyperbloom team so the one that has em is not needed to be her. For her rotations, I use her with Kuki, and you will think, oh crap, two healers, but she is really useful, since she takes a portion of her life to have the ring, that means she can cure even more than before, remember to put Kuki ring on the last part of the rotation because for my experience if you don’t you will be in the middle of your ult and the ring is gone (if you have ei then this isn’t an issue, and Ei is a great team meme her for her because ei can give even more energy to furina and kokomi meaning you can relax your s search of er substats and focus more on hp) for the stats in your artifacts sets you will want a healing bonus and hydro goblet, if you didn’t find anything useful the hp goblet and circlet is fine, for er 140-160 should be fine, and her talents, every single one is important, the ult will give you the dmg buff, the basics are counted in your ult and the jellyfish is a great damage dealer nun (don’t forget to put the jellyfish while in the ult)

Xiangling without bennet have huge energy problems and sh don't have the massive atk buff, its too worse than use bennet, xiangling, childe, anemo instead
The immediate damage increase and higher cap is worth it, and even a good stopping point. C1-C2 are busted, she probably has the best constellations for vertical scaling in the game at least until C3.
Furina legit changed the way I play Genshin. Not because of her kit or anything, but because before pulling her I've always been an extremely casual player. I barely understood reactions because I was playing Razor until like a year ago when I switched to Ayaka. Ayaka is awesome, but did not incentivize me to learn the game better. Strategy was put water on thing, switch to Ayaka, hit Q, everything dies. Knew that wouldn't be enough for abyss, so never bothered with it. I love everything about Furina so much she inspired me to actually figure out how to play the video game. Now I have a really fun (albeit still braindead easy) Nilou team with Nilou, Furina, Baizhu, and Nahida and it feels great. Everything in overworld evaporates, most bosses go down fast, and I'm even slowly climbing through the higher abyss floors. Still can't 36 star, my Ayaka team isn't there yet (my Ayaka herself is fully build with good artifacts but all her supports are not good) and I don't have enough fully built characters to do any reasonable amount of damage with any other teams, but the fact that I feel like I can build new teams or fix my Ayaka supports is just so nice. I feel like I'm playing a whole new video game. Now I'm building EM Razor for Thundering Furry so I can use my boy again. Good times. All thanks to Furina and the various content people I watch!
@@cleod7439 Bennet heals Very quickly. In my rotation you Furina E Q, Bennet Q E, Gorou E Q, Itto. At this point Bennet has healed himself, Gorou and Itto. Because of C2 Furina, you now have max stacks at the start of Itto's burst. Furina doesn't get healed unless you start the rotation with Bennett Q. You can do that but then you lose uptime on it when you switch to Itto. I don't know if this rotation maxes out Furina's C2 personal HP gain, though. I'd have to check. Doesn't matter too much because Itto is doing 60k CA's. And Furina's damage is also very good even without the full 140% HP gain. I should also mention both Gorou and Furina are on Fav and Gorou is using exile set. Bennet is using noblesse.
I have been a fan of monohydro since I started playing it. I generally run yelan, kazuha, mona, and zhongli. it is definitely a team that scales with vertical investment, all are c6r5 and when the abyss works well with hydro it is generally very easy to get 6 - 10 second clears on every floor.

Zajef is always an amazing theorycrafter but man I hate how much he needs to be a contrarian for the sake of being a contrarian… or as the man himself said in one of his hu Tao videos: “I’m a very dedicated hater”. Just stop it and admit Furina is amazing zajef. You’re going to make a clown of yourself.
He’s said that she’s good. He just prefers Xiangling. Like he’s said this time and time again. It’s not that Vape DPS’s like Hu Tao or Yoimiya are bad, it’s that they’re not enough of an upgrade over Xiangling to be worth your primos unless you really want to play them.

I mean not that my opinion matters anyway, but I have seen a trend in zajef’s behaviour over the years, where he downplays a unit because he doesn’t want to push people into spending, and that’s ok; but then he started believing his own words to the point where he can’t even admit that a unit is extremely good when hoyoverse gives us a unit that is actually worth pulling for.

@faber3813 I dont know i if your reply is for me, but i follow zajef on twitch and youtube. I like his content, but this doesnt mean i think he is allways right. I remember his Baizhu review on his first banner, how he laughed about him and said that Yaoyao is better. He sometimes has a really bad assessment of characters, although he can test all of them.
I like how most people saying Furina is op in comment section probly don’t even have Furina in their account and are basing their judgements on those high views review videos claiming she’s broken or godlike that makes upgrade to every older teams without showing any footage of actual comparisons between pre-Furina and post-Furina teams Zajef tested some her team live in his stream, and it’s painfully clear that most older teams where u sub in Furina + healer to replace 2 units will always end up being sidegrade or downgrade, and sidegrade as in slight dmg upgrade but u lose a lot of defense utility like interruption resistance or dmg cut She will indeed be huge upgrade to teams that already have a hydro and healer by default bcs double hydro makes so she doesn’t need to stack 230+ ER and completely sacrifice her ER and having a healer by default in the team means she won’t be breaking archetype of that team( good example being Neuvillette + Furina + Jean + Zhongli / Kokomi + Yelan + Furina + Kazuha / Raiden + Yelan + Furina + Jean) A good example of Furina being downgrade will be Wanderer’s team, Wanderer is tied to Faruzan, else he does no dmg, that leaves 2 slot available in the team, Furina C0 is tied to healer so u can stack her buff, and preferably a teamwide healer. This leads to the team lacking any stagger resistance, Wanderer will get kicked around like a football, the frequency of your dodges will increase, leading to less dps window during your E. Most teamwide healers are non-hydro, so Furina in this team needs sacrifice all her personal dmg for stacking ER, even then it still might not be smooth Furina is not a universal buffer, at least not when she’s C0 due to her restrictions, she is very good in teams that have hydro and healer by default, and mid in teams that don’t, she only becomes ‘godlike’ or ‘broken’ when she’s C2
I think the valid take is: Already grounded teams don't find Furina an upgrade since it involves rearranging teams that involve characters you may not own. Furina is an upgrade to those that aren't necessarily staples so Wriothesley freeze kinda became a staple itself, Noelle finds new staples, and Jean teams find better teams such as Sunfire which now has better forward vape through Furina. Furina is also remarkably different from other archons where others are very unga-bunga friendly. Venti during hos shining moments has Unga bunga CC and is powerful comfort from his CC. Zhongli is a comfort archon with omni shred to compliment shields for comfort of not needing to dodge, hurting most people's skill level. Nahida is the archon of the child-friendly element, dendro, which has the most user friendly brain-dead reaction in the game, while she supplements more than enough dendro from off field so you can just watch everything die while she is off or on field. Furina is different though. She is both a high-effort high-reward archon and high-risk high-reward archon. She rewards vertical investment as she buffs personal damage and not the high floor elemental reactions, and also rewarding effort towards healing. If u want to overlap the healer and hydro into one, ur given the option Barbara and Kokomi. Barbara has shit particles generation so no, Kokomi is good only if u use her on field, and her on field mono hydro team is good For teams that don’t have hydro and healer by default, forcefully putting Furina + healer in will always guarantee to result in downgrade, you will perform well in first rotation, but your 2nd rotation will just fall off hard bcs your Furina probly don’t have her burst up yet and u need funneling non-hydro particles to her, think about that Noelle benefits a lot from Furina, but the team is still not very great when ur comparing it to some of the more meta teams we have currently, plus not a lot of people have their Noelle built She is by no mean a bad or awful unit, just a very niche unit that performs really well and is indeed a big upgrade to a selected few teams despite being an Archon, but her C2 does make her the best character in the game to have though, and spoiler alert. I do know she’s not archon, however Hoyo had built up her image as archon to players ever since leaks, so it’s expected that we have high expectation for her especially after seeing Neuvillette being so broken, we expected Furina to be just as broken as a support, but sadly that isn’t the case

You are highly exaggerating her energy needs I run her solo burnvape as the only fav wielder and she gets her burst back up before the current buff finishes. And everyone else is on their own weapons and even sac sword instead. Double hydro is only for Hu Tao vape and national, which wouldn't make sense since putting Jean there is basically Sunfire Jean vape, unless you use a healer like Barbara or Kokomi as healer slot. Furina can be solo hydro in freeze, quickbloom, and burgeonvape, as well as bain-marie. Raiden taser is pretty fitting and not inflexible. Jean isn't the only anemo healer plus Jean has one o hr smallest circle impacts so far. It's also not always a downgrade. Hu Tao vape gains AoE. You know that literally ever dps in Hu Tao team is ST oriented right? Furina is AoE and so is Jean,yet this Hu Tao vape team is easier going than her previous Vv vape team with kazuha and a Thoma/tankfei. It also can be supplemented by Baizhu who let's Hu Tao do respectable burgeons sine he gives active character a dendro reaction dmg bonus, plus you aren't always having to worry about the ugliness Hu Tao being below full HP and staying at half. Wriothesley gets a better freeze team through Furina . Xiao gets extra extra dmg bonus, so much so that atk goblet looks good on him. You know team pain of finding even a decent elemental.dmg bonus goblet, let alone on set, but Furina with over the top dmg bonus, then supplied by Kazuha or yelan, let's the main dps use a different goblet, one that is meets other needs and is also better crit values than elemental goblets. Furina is only gonna get better. Furina is thr gateway for higher sales on future healers. You see a healer that gives strong IR and some mediocre buff, and that would help Xiao or Wanderer, both who do want shields or IR, and also Yoimiya. Furina's value for teams is only just the beginning. Hoyo is giving crmbs right now fo Furina teams for pre-existing healers. A self provided elemental shred grouper without the dmg bonus would be better suited than Kazuha plus someone else, since Furina gives dmg bonus to everyone regardless of element.
Not really. There are many team where u sub in furina + healer to replace 2 existing unit makes the team significantly better. As for defensive utility,u forget that there is already a healer in that team. Also healers like baizhu can give interruption resistance as well. Furina is not a downgrade for wanderer teams. Wanderer + furina + faru + jean currently has the highest dps for any wanderer team(from what ive seen at least) and its not unrealistic to play as well. Zaj always just forgets that after u use ur E with wanderer u can just hit the space bar once to ascend higher. In this state,most enemy attacks wont hit you. And the special stamina consumed to ascend is off set by the fact that u get the hydro buff on wanderers ring. Also furinas ER req isnt that high even on a wanderer team cuz ur using 2 favs in jean and faruzan.
This is just my opinion but this is how i will rank the archons (in terms of gameplay) 1. Nahida (obviously) 2. Furina/Raiden 3. Zhongli (for his comfort eventho he's suboptimal in every team that he's in) 4. Venti (He's better than zhongli against succ-able enemies and he can also proc vv but that's about it, Kazuha is so much better in whatever venti does except crowdcontrolling)

Baizhu is actually incredibly comfy of a healer. Not flashy, but gets the job done. PUlled him mainly for my Keqing team but hes very useable elsewhere too
Yep I pulled him for keqing as well and honestly may use him more than Nahida now especially with Furina. One of favorite Furina teams so far has been a yelan/Baizhu core with any pyro DPS. It’s significantly stronger than I expected

I don’t have Hu Tao but I’ve imagined she’s probably the best unit for the pyro slot but really anyone is viable b/c the core of Yelan/Furina is so strong. I was able to 9* floor 12 with Diluc for first time in forever with relative ease as well

Prototype Amber is affected by healing bonuses so Maidens actually works it can even help with Bennett's healing. Her drain is over dramatized. Like zyox said, you have to be extremely bad at the game to suffer with a dedicated healer like jean or baizhu on the team.
I also find bennett teams to be fairly comfortable with furina. Klee, bennett, xiangling, furina is quite nice.
Hu tao, bennett, furina, yelan also does surprisingly well, but if the enemies move around a lot, jean does better.
Thing is I often have to kick out Kazuha to be replaced with Jean in order to make space for Furina, at which point I'm like.... Naah, i like that crowd control way more than a bit more bonus dmg.

As for the matter at hand,furina replaces xq in almost every single double hydro team. As for solo hydro teams furina/yelan/xq are vetter than each other depending on the team. For examole something like alhaitham quickbloom or cyno quickbloom, yelan and furina are better. For something like thundering furry,xq is better. But furina also gives u a incentive to use her outside of teams that needs hydro so for example like scara teams and xiao teams and in both cases her and yelan are better than xq.

I have both xq and yelan (building furina right now) and even then I still use xq in teams that need a little bit more survivability like Nilou bloom with Yao Yao

my favorite team with her is raiden hyperbloom with yaoyao and nahida. its not going to be top tier. but her off field hydro lets you just run around on yaoyao burst. throwing exlosive radishes spawning and popping hyperblooms with raiden. its fun to see all the explosions as yaoyao T poses while sprinting. it also lets nahida E hit some crazy numbers. had her critting for 60-70k with the occasional spread.
Baizhu feels ss tier with Furina he’s so good with her even in non dendro teams. Especially in the overworld when the pets are constantly attacking and draining your hp, he’s also the fastest at reaching her buff cap so far.
He's ONE of the fastest healers to stack Fanfare, but since the limit to how much he can heal depends on Furina's drain, any healer who can keep up with it (and there are many) is able to compete with Baizhu for that spot.
What he's unique at is actually providing a shield, something no other party-wide healer in the entire game can do; Though, as of now, this has no offensive applications other than giving an Itto + Gorou + Furina team (like the one talked about in this video) the shield they need for fully using GEO Resonance (which is indeed offensive in nature), so it's niche at best.
Maybe he works for Noelle or Ningguang too, IDK.
I also find unlikely that there ever will be an artifact set that gives bonus to all of your party's characters based upon the fact that the character equipping it has a shield, but a set that gives bonus based on heals is rumored to arrive in 4.3; While it's true that Baizhu will greatly benefit from it, so will all other non-Anemo healers (because 4PC VV is still much better than this set appears to be).
Aside from that, Baizhu also works well in Nilou teams, since he's the healer such teams often needs AND he provides the Bloom reactions with a bit more of damage.
In short, he's like a more comfortable Mika / Charlotte (except for Eula and Ayaka, since their teams have no slots for Dendro) that doubles as one of the perfect Nilou team mates (the other being Nahida, of course); Extra for being the best unit for using with Ittou + Furina + Gorou (though Geo teams are expensive for somewhat mid damage).
You don't need furina in the overworld though.

i am forcing the hutao yelan furina mona, its fun having less than or equal 20s rotations. If you can one rotate most of the chambers and you always pick the healing cards, it works. But yes you have to be good invested
I've been testing that team a lot as well, and I think that Xingqiu is more comfortable not only cause of the damage reduction but the rain swords healing. Yes, this is such a Zajef take but it's true

I don’t like this team for multiple reason.
1) Furina is a wasted in this team. because you’re not getting a lot of fanfare stack. Prototype Amber doesn’t have the ability to frontloaded healing.
2) Any Hu Tao team with high investment can one rotate the chamber. so I don’t see the point of this team (but it is creative, interesting and fun nonetheless)
3) while high investment plays big part in this team, skill-level and enemies type also play a big part. I don’t see average player survive against super agressive enemy after 3 N2C. especially when Hu Tao is always on life support even by herself, with Furina and no RES interruption from Xingqiu, it’s gonna be rough.
4. Just play VV Vape Hu Tao instead. RES shed is more value able than an absurd amount of DMG% that will hit diminishing return. It is also less stressful to play.
18s rotation is really nice but personally, I don’t think it’s worth it.

I will glaze Furina no matter what. I got her C1, put her in a team with Neuv, Jean, and Fischl, and comfortable cleared. My Jean’s healing sucked, Furina was lvl 70 with a lvl 60 weapon and underleveled artifacts, and she still carried. I’m a glazer for life.

Wait a minute i just got a team idea for kaveh fans that sounds pretty good .... So it's Kaveh Nahida Nilu Furina.... It might sound weird but hear me out you build Kaveh with em and healing bonus to be the healer of the team since he will overheal from the amount of blooms. He will utilize Furinas passive amd the whole team will heal

hmmmmmmmmmmm....idk if with nilou blooms always going off if kaveh will ever actually overheal consistently, but also...you know that that passive isnt nearlyyyyyyyyyyyyyy enough to fulfill furinas drain right? Like...not even close, its supposed to help and it does but its not a crutch. U will need to replace nahida for yaoyao but then thats a nilou team without nahida which is....less than desirable. But yeah....other than that, you then have to give up on either kaveh or furina, which then makes the idea moot. But do ahead and try, it might be a good one rotation team.
I'm a Kaveh main but don't have Nilou to go ham on Bloom but I don't think Furina is any better on that team since she doesn't buff tranformative reaction like bloom and Kaveh's damage with EM build is meh and maybe Nahida's E dmg sure ig. I like the idea but with Furina's drain and (potential) bloom damage on your other teammate when you swap, Kaveh and Furina's healing will not be that practical and enough to sustain the team (ig Nahida with Proto Amber might help but I'm not sure).

I specifically reserve "broken" to characters that have little to no caveats for their playstyle. Nahida and Kazuha fall under this category. Furina's team healer requirement holds her back and makes her teams more fragile and prone to interruption if you don't have Baizhu (and most players don't have him). She's amazing and strong, but she's definitely not the best value pick for most every players like the other two are

It's because the characters who Furina actually buffs them by a noticeable difference e.g Klee, Cyno, Eula, Ganyu, Noelle are still going to be considered 'mid' in genshin community. She doesn't benefit well established teams and mostly acts like a sidegrade, people wanted their Hu Tao, Ayaka to be buffed by 50% dps increase but that isn't happening so people are disappointed.
Well ayaka is just superior to ganyu right now when it comes to front load damage. Also helps that ayaka is not bound to a bow ca style

I pulled for her because of story reasons. I do think she is incredibly powerful but she is making me build some other characters just to maximise damage output and I despise farming. The point is there is so much going on with her kit that I just miss the simplicity of Nahida and Kazuha and their ability to do decent amount of damage with most characters I have built

While I get what you’re trying to say. I kinda disagree a little bit.
Kazuha look simple on first glance but he is a lot more complex than people thought. it’s not just “press E/hE, do plunge” and that’s it. you have to understand infusion priorities, reaction priorities and elemental gauge theory. if you’ve been in TC community for a while, you won’t be surprised that people still use him wrong without realizing it.
Nahida is very simple, gameplay wise but mechanical wise, she’s not. elemental gauge theory knowledge is required if you want the best out of her.
Furina doesn’t require any game knowledge and her gameplay is as simply as it can get. you slap her in the team, press E, heal, Q and that’s it.

where she does get a bit complicated imo, is team comps. i always hear content creators and other people say that we can just slap her into any team that needs a hydro and it'll be good, but it's not that simple imo. if you're gonna slap her into a team (that you're already comfortable with), and have her replace someone, and also replace another party member into a healer if they're not already one (and not just any healer, must be a party-wide healer, else it'll feel very clunky), then your play style of said team may change a bit, or change entirely.
examples: i wanted to put her into my freeze team. so then i'll have her replace the hydro member (which is usually kokomi, a healer), so i'll need to replace my anemo slot into jean (which is usually kazuha or venti).. but then i lose out on the comfortable grouping capabilities that kazuha or venti provides, which is especially crucial for ayaka, so her burst can hit all enemies as possible.
another one is wanderer team, in which a shielder is important. i'll need a healer on top a shielder, and then furina. i'll have to entirely change the team comp from my usual wanderer - C6 faruzan - zhongli - flex slot.
so it really isn't as easy as like, replacing mona into kokomi, or replacing kazuha with sucrose, replacing xingqiu with yelan, etcetc.. furina kinda changes your team entirely.
The furina crowd that shows up on the screen for determining fanfare, does not show up in low graphics, any idea how to takle that problem and determine your fanfares 8n low graphics, cause my pc is so bullshit, it cannot work if i do genshin in high graphics. Please direct me someone.
Apparently you can tell by the crowd, the amount of bubbles on the sides of the screen, and the kinda hard to see wave that covers the screen once you reach max stacks.
When her burst has full fanfare stacks you can see a fine white border/lines around your border where the bubbles are.

So far Jean Baizhu and Kokomi are the best healers for Furina.....with the Buff if Furina my Kokomi suddenly become a DPS with the weapon Prototype Amber

@@peroastinktidakhandal Since Furina banner weapon is (sorry for the words XDD) dogshit, and her constellations so good I didn’t pull for the weapon, however, having furina with favonius is super super great, not are you only giving furina er, kokomi is also getting er, and with that and prototype ambar makes that my kokomi doesn’t have many problems doing her ult, I use clamp set in kokomi, better than maiden in my opinion if you want your kokomi to do damage. For kokomi to heal the entire party is with her ult so you want to make priority hp%, flat hp and er for her. I use her in a hyperbloom team so the one that has em is not needed to be her. For her rotations, I use her with Kuki, and you will think, oh crap, two healers, but she is really useful, since she takes a portion of her life to have the ring, that means she can cure even more than before, remember to put Kuki ring on the last part of the rotation because for my experience if you don’t you will be in the middle of your ult and the ring is gone (if you have ei then this isn’t an issue, and Ei is a great team meme her for her because ei can give even more energy to furina and kokomi meaning you can relax your s search of er substats and focus more on hp) for the stats in your artifacts sets you will want a healing bonus and hydro goblet, if you didn’t find anything useful the hp goblet and circlet is fine, for er 140-160 should be fine, and her talents, every single one is important, the ult will give you the dmg buff, the basics are counted in your ult and the jellyfish is a great damage dealer nun (don’t forget to put the jellyfish while in the ult)
Jean and Charlotte easily caps the fanfare tho. (Applicable on 2nd rotation onwards)

How much difference is there in furina c0 and c1. I am thinking to pull her c1 so I can get her fanfare stacks faster.
The trap is c2 is such a huge buff that you will bound to wish to pull for that too by the time you get c1

The immediate damage increase and higher cap is worth it, and even a good stopping point.
C1-C2 are busted, she probably has the best constellations for vertical scaling in the game at least until C3.

Furina legit changed the way I play Genshin. Not because of her kit or anything, but because before pulling her I've always been an extremely casual player. I barely understood reactions because I was playing Razor until like a year ago when I switched to Ayaka. Ayaka is awesome, but did not incentivize me to learn the game better. Strategy was put water on thing, switch to Ayaka, hit Q, everything dies. Knew that wouldn't be enough for abyss, so never bothered with it.
I love everything about Furina so much she inspired me to actually figure out how to play the video game. Now I have a really fun (albeit still braindead easy) Nilou team with Nilou, Furina, Baizhu, and Nahida and it feels great. Everything in overworld evaporates, most bosses go down fast, and I'm even slowly climbing through the higher abyss floors. Still can't 36 star, my Ayaka team isn't there yet (my Ayaka herself is fully build with good artifacts but all her supports are not good) and I don't have enough fully built characters to do any reasonable amount of damage with any other teams, but the fact that I feel like I can build new teams or fix my Ayaka supports is just so nice. I feel like I'm playing a whole new video game.
Now I'm building EM Razor for Thundering Furry so I can use my boy again. Good times. All thanks to Furina and the various content people I watch!

@@cleod7439 Bennet heals Very quickly. In my rotation you Furina E Q, Bennet Q E, Gorou E Q, Itto. At this point Bennet has healed himself, Gorou and Itto. Because of C2 Furina, you now have max stacks at the start of Itto's burst. Furina doesn't get healed unless you start the rotation with Bennett Q. You can do that but then you lose uptime on it when you switch to Itto. I don't know if this rotation maxes out Furina's C2 personal HP gain, though. I'd have to check. Doesn't matter too much because Itto is doing 60k CA's. And Furina's damage is also very good even without the full 140% HP gain.
I should also mention both Gorou and Furina are on Fav and Gorou is using exile set. Bennet is using noblesse.
I have been a fan of monohydro since I started playing it. I generally run yelan, kazuha, mona, and zhongli. it is definitely a team that scales with vertical investment, all are c6r5 and when the abyss works well with hydro it is generally very easy to get 6 - 10 second clears on every floor.
Who’s onfield in this team?
C6R5 most characters can clear abyss with their eyes closed

I remember his Baizhu review on his first banner, how he laughed about him and said that Yaoyao is better. He sometimes has a really bad assessment of characters, although he can test all of them.

I like how most people saying Furina is op in comment section probly don’t even have Furina in their account and are basing their judgements on those high views review videos claiming she’s broken or godlike that makes upgrade to every older teams without showing any footage of actual comparisons between pre-Furina and post-Furina teams
Zajef tested some her team live in his stream, and it’s painfully clear that most older teams where u sub in Furina + healer to replace 2 units will always end up being sidegrade or downgrade, and sidegrade as in slight dmg upgrade but u lose a lot of defense utility like interruption resistance or dmg cut
She will indeed be huge upgrade to teams that already have a hydro and healer by default bcs double hydro makes so she doesn’t need to stack 230+ ER and completely sacrifice her ER and having a healer by default in the team means she won’t be breaking archetype of that team( good example being Neuvillette + Furina + Jean + Zhongli / Kokomi + Yelan + Furina + Kazuha / Raiden + Yelan + Furina + Jean)
A good example of Furina being downgrade will be Wanderer’s team, Wanderer is tied to Faruzan, else he does no dmg, that leaves 2 slot available in the team, Furina C0 is tied to healer so u can stack her buff, and preferably a teamwide healer. This leads to the team lacking any stagger resistance, Wanderer will get kicked around like a football, the frequency of your dodges will increase, leading to less dps window during your E. Most teamwide healers are non-hydro, so Furina in this team needs sacrifice all her personal dmg for stacking ER, even then it still might not be smooth
Furina is not a universal buffer, at least not when she’s C0 due to her restrictions, she is very good in teams that have hydro and healer by default, and mid in teams that don’t, she only becomes ‘godlike’ or ‘broken’ when she’s C2
I think the valid take is:
Already grounded teams don't find Furina an upgrade since it involves rearranging teams that involve characters you may not own.
Furina is an upgrade to those that aren't necessarily staples so Wriothesley freeze kinda became a staple itself, Noelle finds new staples, and Jean teams find better teams such as Sunfire which now has better forward vape through Furina.
Furina is also remarkably different from other archons where others are very unga-bunga friendly. Venti during hos shining moments has Unga bunga CC and is powerful comfort from his CC. Zhongli is a comfort archon with omni shred to compliment shields for comfort of not needing to dodge, hurting most people's skill level. Nahida is the archon of the child-friendly element, dendro, which has the most user friendly brain-dead reaction in the game, while she supplements more than enough dendro from off field so you can just watch everything die while she is off or on field.
Furina is different though. She is both a high-effort high-reward archon and high-risk high-reward archon. She rewards vertical investment as she buffs personal damage and not the high floor elemental reactions, and also rewarding effort towards healing. She is also high risk as she continually pushes team HP towards a boundary where safety is at jeopardy, but rewards an effort to manage HP with a universal buff that also compliments the character doing healing.
Furina really do be thr high-risk and high-effort high-reward archon.

Having double hydro makes so Furina can have good personal dmg bcs she doesn’t need to stack 230+ ER, healer is necessary, preferably teamwide healer. If u want to overlap the healer and hydro into one, ur given the option Barbara and Kokomi. Barbara has shit particles generation so no, Kokomi is good only if u use her on field, and her on field mono hydro team is good
For teams that don’t have hydro and healer by default, forcefully putting Furina + healer in will always guarantee to result in downgrade, you will perform well in first rotation, but your 2nd rotation will just fall off hard bcs your Furina probly don’t have her burst up yet and u need funneling non-hydro particles to her, think about that
Noelle benefits a lot from Furina, but the team is still not very great when ur comparing it to some of the more meta teams we have currently, plus not a lot of people have their Noelle built
She is by no mean a bad or awful unit, just a very niche unit that performs really well and is indeed a big upgrade to a selected few teams despite being an Archon, but her C2 does make her the best character in the game to have though, and spoiler alert.
I do know she’s not archon, however Hoyo had built up her image as archon to players ever since leaks, so it’s expected that we have high expectation for her especially after seeing Neuvillette being so broken, we expected Furina to be just as broken as a support, but sadly that isn’t the case
@@episode4882 furina doesn't need 230+ ER. You are highly exaggerating her energy needs I run her solo burnvape as the only fav wielder and she gets her burst back up before the current buff finishes. And everyone else is on their own weapons and even sac sword instead.
Double hydro is only for Hu Tao vape and national, which wouldn't make sense since putting Jean there is basically Sunfire Jean vape, unless you use a healer like Barbara or Kokomi as healer slot.
Furina can be solo hydro in freeze, quickbloom, and burgeonvape, as well as bain-marie. Raiden taser is pretty fitting and not inflexible. Jean isn't the only anemo healer plus Jean has one o hr smallest circle impacts so far. It's also not always a downgrade.
Hu Tao vape gains AoE. You know that literally ever dps in Hu Tao team is ST oriented right? Furina is AoE and so is Jean,yet this Hu Tao vape team is easier going than her previous Vv vape team with kazuha and a Thoma/tankfei. It also can be supplemented by Baizhu who let's Hu Tao do respectable burgeons sine he gives active character a dendro reaction dmg bonus, plus you aren't always having to worry about the ugliness Hu Tao being below full HP and staying at half.
Wriothesley gets a better freeze team through Furina . Xiao gets extra extra dmg bonus, so much so that atk goblet looks good on him. You know team pain of finding even a decent elemental.dmg bonus goblet, let alone on set, but Furina with over the top dmg bonus, then supplied by Kazuha or yelan, let's the main dps use a different goblet, one that is meets other needs and is also better crit values than elemental goblets.
Furina is only gonna get better. Furina is thr gateway for higher sales on future healers. You see a healer that gives strong IR and some mediocre buff, and that would help Xiao or Wanderer, both who do want shields or IR, and also Yoimiya.
Furina's value for teams is only just the beginning. Hoyo is giving crmbs right now fo Furina teams for pre-existing healers. A self provided elemental shred grouper without the dmg bonus would be better suited than Kazuha plus someone else, since Furina gives dmg bonus to everyone regardless of element.

There are many team where u sub in furina + healer to replace 2 existing unit makes the team significantly better. As for defensive utility,u forget that there is already a healer in that team. Also healers like baizhu can give interruption resistance as well.
Furina is not a downgrade for wanderer teams. Wanderer + furina + faru + jean currently has the highest dps for any wanderer team(from what ive seen at least) and its not unrealistic to play as well. Zaj always just forgets that after u use ur E with wanderer u can just hit the space bar once to ascend higher. In this state,most enemy attacks wont hit you. And the special stamina consumed to ascend is off set by the fact that u get the hydro buff on wanderers ring. Also furinas ER req isnt that high even on a wanderer team cuz ur using 2 favs in jean and faruzan.
This is just my opinion but this is how i will rank the archons (in terms of gameplay)
1. Nahida (obviously)
2. Furina/Raiden
3. Zhongli (for his comfort eventho he's suboptimal in every team that he's in)
4. Venti (He's better than zhongli against succ-able enemies and he can also proc vv but that's about it, Kazuha is so much better in whatever venti does except crowdcontrolling)
