When I got released from Peterborough they released a couple of girls ( they have both a men’s unit and women’s unit there ). This one girl was crying I asked her if she was ok? She said she didn’t want to get released as she had nothing on the out and she had all her friends inside. A few days later I see a news article about a woman that smashed the windscreen of a police car just so she could get recalled as she didn’t want to get released from prison. I always wondered if that was her. Sad that life is like that.
Pure institutionalised, I had a mate who was like that ,poor guy ended up dying inside of heart failure, He had came up thru the care system, borstels then prison ,it was all he knew basically....
@@eckyp247 That’s sad mate. I when hear stories like this it makes me want to punch myself. I came from a good, loving middle class family I wanted for nothing growing up. I was a 💩 that thought I knew it all. I had no excuses really apart being a d head. I learnt the hard way unfortunately. I’m married with 2 kids now I couldn’t imagine being locked up away from them now. It makes me so grateful my wife is my best friend and my rock. Whenever we have problems she just says it’s me and you against the world we’ll figure this out together. So many people don’t have that love and support network. I find it heartbreaking. Not everyone in prison is a bad person. Though a lot of them are or just idiots that blame everybody else for their actions.
Funny that, Geoffrey Archer sits in the House of Lords and probably brags about it all the time, I think you're the one that not only needs educating but also needs to grow up!
