I consider this movie as one of the saddest of the MCU; I really liked Shuri's arc, as well as feeling very sorry for her: she lost her father, her brother and now her mother.
Especially Shuri and Peter who at first wanted to take revenge on those (Namor and Green Goblin) who killed the only family they had left (Queen Ramonda and Aunt May) while they were still on their late teens. I wouldn't quite count Thor at all in this aspect because he is actually a god (with the appearance of a middle-aged adult), and it is in itself justifiable that he killed Thanos (of the current era at that time) at the beginning of Endgame after killing his brother and half of the population surviving from the destruction of Asgard at the beginning of Infinity War. But it's still very sad after all the three of them had to go through. 😭😭😭
I see this movie as an emotional goodbye to the actor. I felt like I was at a funeral that celebrated Chadwick’s life and legacy as a fan of his work. Phenomenal movie idc what anyone says.

I first saw this movie on Disney+ not very long after I had lost my dad back during the holidays in 2022. During the scene where the queen dies and this scene while "Lift Me Up" is playing, I was absolutely shattered. Watching this now, a year after I had said my final goodbyes to my dad and 15 years after the loss of my grandpa, I can feel the tears falling once again. This film helped me recognise I never dealt with my grief properly after my grandfather died. That montage of Chadwick combined with the silence made me cry for the first time in a long time.
What hurts most is that both character and actor 😢are truly GONE! … But never forgotten. Chadwick left us all too soon and so did his character he brought to life on screen. Though short lived , he left us with a broken heart 💔 but a memory of his life worth celebrating. Worth remembering
I still can’t believe he’s gone. Chadwick was special. And I was one of his biggest fans and I still am. I still watch a lot of his movies. And his death still really saddens me. Entertainment is not and won’t be the same without him.😢😢😢

When I saw this ending I cried my eyes out because not only was Chadwick Boseman an inspiration to me and got me to fall back into my Navajo roots, but the ending helped me with closure with my sister. My ma held me when this played, I cried so hard when the credits rolled. For both my sister and for Mr. Boseman.

This is the best scene in the movie, no one can tell me otherwise. It shows you the whole point of the movie in just a few shots and some good editing, with absolutely no dialogue at all. This is peak MCU
I swear, that scene during the memorial montage showing T'Challa walking into the throne room at the end of the first film makes me so sad. Chadwick just had this confidence, this swagger, and this charisma. You could tell Marvel had massive plans for Chadwick and he was going to be the next Tony Stark/Steve Rogers-like figure that holds everything together going into the next saga. Such a shame we will never find out exactly what was in store for Chadwick and T'Challa's character. 😞
The saddest part is that that’s not Shuri mourning her brother. Not those tears. There was no acting. That was just a person mourning the loss of a friend.
Honestly, after the tragic death of Chadwick Boseman, I thought Black Panther couldn’t make another movie without him as he was the Black Panther character. When the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever came out, I thought what kind of a mess and over-tribute will be done to this movie, but what an incredible movie it turn out to be, and the tribute and surprise “Easter Egg” at the very end, well put it this way, my eyes were soaked but I weren’t crying! The Americans have surprised me this year with two movies: they aren’t known for their subtleties and know how to overdo emotions until it’s unrealistic in the real world, but Black Panther: Wakanda Forever and Avatar: The Way of Water, what extraordinary sequel movies they are
This movie I experience was beautiful n amazing! Princess Shura finally found peace after losing her entire family, her mom, dad n brother. They will always be in her heart forever n ever, Wakanda Forever
Just being in theaters when this scene came on, silent, and the only thing that can be heard is the sniffles from everyone im the theaters. Really shows how much chadwick boseman impact all of our lives. R.I.P you will be missed, but never forgotten.
I remember seeing this in theaters with 3 of my friends. 2 of them had never seen the OG Black Panther and very loosely follow the MCU, but they were curious about this one. The opening and ending to this movie was unlike any theater experience I've ever had. An entire theater absolutely silent, just mourning together, was unlike anything. Still, the 2 of them didn't LOVE the movie as a whole, but those two scenes all stick with us forever honestly.
Back in theater I was crying so much, because I love Chadwick as an amazing actor, one of the best of his generation. The theater thpugh was totally quiet, just tears and paying our respects and love to Chadwick Boseman, the Black Panther. And this scene was such a beautiful goodbye. Letitia and whole cast shot this movie while still grieving over Chadwick's passing, showing their commitment. In this scene, the tears are not just for a scene, just like in the opening, she perfectly channeled her own emotions through Shuri. I bought a Black Panther t-shirt before the first movie came out. Loved wearing it at every occasion. Wore it for Black Panther, for Infinity War, Endgame... until Chadwick's death. After that trying to put it on, I got emotional, he was just an actor, we never met, but through his beautiful person and his amazing characters he played on screens, he became close. That good and who loved his family, gave so much to his community and his fans around the world, who visited children suffering from cancer, was met with such random injustice... I always cried looking a the shirt. Wakanda Forever was the last time I wore it... few days after that I was at my parents house. I took it outside and burned it. My own little symbolical farewell to Chadwick Boseman, the Black Panther, true King.
It still hurts that Chadwick's life was taken away from us MARVEL fans. He played the most incredible role of a HERO, a WARRIOR, and a KING. 0:54 Rest In Peace Chadwick Boseman/ King T'Challa the Black Panther💔🕊😔🙏🖤💜⚫🐆🙅👑
I had already shed my every single tears for this movie when I've seen the first trailer to the point that when that part came I didn't cry in the theater but it was a wholesome moment and unforgettable
Today is the anniversary of my sibling's death, exactly four years ago... but strangely, today I didn't cry as I usually do... I feel numb... Then my daughter asked me to watch this movie... At first, I refused because honestly, I'm not a fan of comic book movies... but in the end, I watched it anyway... As the movie began, suddenly my heart started to feel sad while watching the burial scene where everyone was wearing white clothes, just like during my sibling's burial four years ago... Then when the queen asked her daughter, "What day is it?" and her daughter answered that it's the day her older brother died... My heart became even sadder because today is also the day my brother passed away... I continued watching the movie until it was almost at the ending scene where the younger sibling burned her white clothes while imagining the moments she had with her older brother. At that moment, my tears burst out, and I cried until I couldn't breathe... because I truly felt like I was witnessing a loving sibling relationship, like the bond between Princess Shuri and King T'Challa, like my relationship with my late brother Marvin... This is the first Marvel film I've watched, and it succeeded in making me cry and mourn... Perhaps it's time for me to let go of my dear brother's departure, just as Princess Shuri did... Rest in peace, my beloved brother, until we meet again in the next life... In loving memory : Marvin Giovani Fajar Gautama Wardana, sunrise 9-5-1978, sunset 1-6-2019…

I cried through most of the movie. This entire movie made me remind of Chadwick and I felt emotionally sad. I mostly cried at this scene
This film helped me recognise I never dealt with my grief properly after my grandfather died. That montage of Chadwick combined with the silence made me cry for the first time in a long time.
What hurts most is that both character and actor 😢are truly GONE! …
But never forgotten.
Entertainment is not and won’t be the same without him.😢😢😢
One of the most powerful scene in the movie for me. No words was spoken. Only memories of the past passing through mind
Rest in peace, Chadwick Bozeman, the best Black Panther. We’ll always remember the great King of Wakanda!
R.I.P. Chadwick Boseman 😭
WANADA FOREVER!!!
1:41 smiling and laughing that at the memories she experienced with him rather than mourning and rejecting his death in anger. Love that tiny detail.
those tears are real they lost someone who hit they heart forever
R.I.P Chadwick Boseman thank you WAKANDA FOREVER!!!!!!!!
Chadwick was so amazing and this movie was a brilliant tribute to not only him but a multitude of strong women.
I literally cried when i saw chadwick again on the screen, probably for the last time😭. This is what we were waiting for!
My cousin sister who was like a freakin superhero to me and my family, passed away a year before this movie was released. Boseman.
That moment you realize as a black human, you’re allowed to grieve. This movie helped me let go of years worth of pain I’ve been holding on to I didn’t even know I was… ❤ rip Chadwick. You’ve helped us even in death.
Why you gotta bring race into this?
@@yeetnessthegreater1298 why not?
@@lindsayryan6223 that’s not the point at all. “The moment you realize as a black human you’re allowed to grieve.” What does being black have to do with being allowed to grieve?
@@yeetnessthegreater1298 educate yourself, it’s not my job.
@@lindsayryan6223 no not "educate yourself" im with the other person i mean ik this comment is a few days old and you're over it already but i think thats a little uncalled for. Race has nothing to do with grieving as we're all people and living things.
0:54 The moment the whole world made silence
This movie is the perfect dedication for Chadwick Boseman. Wakanda Forever ✌️😭✌️
This hits close to home man my sister pass3 months afterwards Chadwick from cancer as well they both rest in. Peace with family in the sky miss her dearly this touch my soul amazing preformance
It's so sad popular people get videos and tears upon their deaths while we mourn our lost one's by ourselves
When I tell you this was the perfect song at the end of "Black Panther Wakanda Forever" I mean it just don't get any better than this. I was literally in tears thinking about Chadwick. Literally filled with emotions because he was such an amazing person. Beautiful Tribute Rihanna. You're amazing. I love you for this. I don't think any other song would be as good as this. RIP Chadwick your family, friends, and your fans truly miss you 😢🥺
This movie was perfectly executed. It wasn't focused on the death of the actor; but a celebration.
Legends never die they stay in our hearts rest in peace Chadwick boseman 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺 can lie it sucks 😢😢😢😢
I thought I was gonna hold it together. But when they showed scenes of Chadwick, I couldn't hold it any longer. I looked up in the theater, I wasn't the only one
Rip Chadwick 😭 wakanda forver 🖤
R.I.P. Chadwick Boseman Wakanda Forever 🕊️👑⚫️🟣⚫️😢😪😭
The saddest part is that that’s not Shuri mourning her brother. Not those tears. There was no acting. That was just a person mourning the loss of a friend.
This part made me cry the most 😭😭 R.I.P Chadwick boseman wakanda forever ✊🙏🕊️
Made me feel peaceful at the movies some cried others was silence u will never be forgotten Chadwick we love u wakanda forever….
Rest in power Chadwick boseman may God forever find you peace.and one last time Wakanda Forever ❤😢
I miss You chadwick everyday 😭😭😭
Rest in peace Chadwick you will be missed
This movie was amazing.
I just watched Black Panther again and I miss Chadwich so much.
Rest in peace.
I never met chadwick but i miss him, he just seemed like an amazing person
I just recently lost my dad to cancer!!! Just a nightmare!!!! Definitely can relate to the pain!!!! The pain and sadness never goes away!!!!!
My cousin died a month before this movie came out. Watching it was cathartic, especially with the added factor of Chadwick’s passing as well.
Rip Chadwick Boesman, James Earl Jones and Tom Wyner
Rest In Place Chadwick Boseman you will always be our king.
Whole cinema was sobbing at this point, no cap
It still hurts that Chadwick's life was taken away from us MARVEL fans. He played the most incredible role of a HERO, a WARRIOR, and a KING. 0:54
Rest In Peace Chadwick Boseman/ King T'Challa the Black Panther💔🕊😔🙏🖤💜⚫🐆🙅👑

This is such an inspiring comment
Rest In Peace Marvin 🙏 😢
one of the best endings of a Marvel movie
Literally caught up from the toxic mcu fandom, I recently watched this movie and it almost gave me tears.
Don't let other people (especially those you don't know) tell what's best for you - like certain "Toxic MCU Fans" -, sometimes you just have to figure it out yourself to know if you like something or not.
Man this song almost made me cry the first time I saw this movie
Omg I even cry now watching this
May the angels surround this sweet wonderful person gone to soon. We're never have the honor of seeing Chadwick in another movie. Rest in peace and may our heavenly father surround you with his grace.
I cried a lot when this came on especially the song
Chadwick was such a handsome man.
It just hurt to know that all that time he was battling cancer, and when he actually passed I was just shocked, lost, and hurt. What a phenomenal actor and man the world lost💐
My major complaint with this film was how silent it was during this scene. I had to physically hold my hand over my mouth from straight croaking! I was like 1.5 seconds away from sobbing loudly. Phew that was hard
That’s exactly the reaction they wanted from you.
I'm crying. Rest in peace 🙏 😭❤️🕊
I’m not usually an emotional persons but watching this scene tipped me over like such ha beautiful tribute to such a amazing man
Rest In Peace Chadwick Boseman/King T'Challa the Black Panther🖤💜⚫🐆🤴🙅🌍💔🕊😭
Long Live the King of Wakanda
Chadwick Forever + King T'Challa Forever = Wakanda Forever
I completely lost it in the theater during this scene, I was was battling colon cancer at the time, which is what Mr. Boseman succumbed to. And this movie came out three days before my 45th birthday( Nov 14). Thanks Chadwick, your sacrifice was my inspiration to fight.
this movie will always hold a special place in my heart and I can’t explain it
This was the ONLY Marvel movie to almost make me cry.... Make it more sad because the actor is actually dead.. rip Chadwick... You where my favorite superhero
This scene touched me
“keep me in the warmth of your love when you depart” 💔
