First boss: clear the path up the mountain to the road, kite boss at max range with rank 1 Arcane Shot to keep leash, kite it all the way down the road. Second boss: there's a tree trunk you can cheese this boss, you just jump up and down the tree and kite him forever Third boss: wait until boss patrol close to the pond, kite boss around the pond so you don't run into mobs Fourth boss: near one of the hives there's a small hill you can jump up and down and kite the boss forever
Silithus demon is the easiest. There is a wall in the southwest hive that you can jump on and off and make him take a long path to get to you. Since he only uses his shadow abilities when he's wing clipped you just never clip him and you don't have to worry about fear or getting protection potions.
Or simply kiting him in circles, killing the little scarabs he spawns. Found it unexpectedly easy, after another hunter from my guild back then failed multiple times in a row. Afterwards he was like "You damn cheater, how did you do this first try?!". xD Well, it was far harder to get the leaf in the first place back in Vanilla. The respawn time of the demons (3 hours?) was the more annoying factor as there were quite a few hunters doing the quest line and you didn't want other people around. Bugs like instantly despawning corpses didn't help, where I had to kill the Ungoro one twice. Also on at least one attempt someone came running to "help" me, not knowing that this was going to despawn the demon (also the Ungoro one, so I killed it more like 2.5 times or something like this and had to spend 6 hours waiting for respawn).
This honestly feels like an actual fantasy action movie. A brave hero goes on a dangerous quest so slay demons, right before the final fight his companion dies and after an epic showdown the hero is victorious.

I was able to cheese the hell out of the Burning Steppes and Silithus ones. Couldn’t quite get the other two so another hunter in my guild did those for me. He also did the demons for the other 3 hunters. Awesome guy.
Oh yeah I bet no one would've predicted that during a quest that hunter needs to do alone there will be a mechanic to punish the hunter that tries to do it in a group... Yeah that's completely unexpected!...
They dueled on the spot to give hunter a minor advantage since outside duel nothing works. Its common knowledge to stay away from all these 4 bosses whenever a hunter is doing quest. How could he not predict that with so much red flags all over the place. They both messed up, hunter started with lock on top of the mob, and lock didnt move.

The last demon only fears when he's immobilized by wing clip, so you can avoid this by kiting him in a big circle in that area using the platform of the gong and jumping down. If you do this right you don't have to worry about the adds either
