Its even hard enough to look at him gaming with that flashing emotes running up the screen, but I guess you and the streamer are supposed to read that too? Can someone explain?

Honestly, its because people are lazy. instead of saying "hey he topdecked that card and owned you, resulting in you feeling bad" you just type PJSalt or FeelsBadMan which is "an emote" that conveys multiple sentences worth of thoughts into a few words. also it makes the streamer react, usually angry or salty.
+Bloodstar123 some guy usually types something, and when people agree, instead of typing their own thoughts, they just copy and paste them. They do this because the chat goes by so fast, and to be seen by the streamer, they must look at the right time to see the sentence. spamming increases the odds of the streamer seeing it. or the chat is just trolling or provoking the streamer.
I once play against a rank 25 player who has slyvana, archmage, blood mage, renolock, it took me couple minutes to win. what impressed me is I won with garbage, beginner deck. so fucking shame!
