I just made this Meghna, and let me tell you this is the best and easy way to make burrito, I was always scared of making it thinking the amount of prep needed. Coincidentally had left over Rajma Rice i cooked for dinner and I converted iit to your burrito recipe :-) And a twist is I used my Rajma with gravy in place of only boiled rajma , which I dried a bit. And in place of tortilla i used Sourdough wheat chapatti rolled big :-)

Thank you Meghna for the wonderful recipe 👍🏻 Since I saw the recipe the day I wanted to eat burritos, I replaced the soaked kidney beans with canned baked beans.. still tasted good... had to add extra spices as canned beans are inherently sweet. In future the soaked beans will be a more nutritious option. Thanks a lot!
