Thanks for watching everyone, forgot to mention in the edit that the 20 minutes in the title is relating to the 20 minute heat times for surfing contests, hope you all found it useful and I'd love to hear how it works for you, yewww!!!
Hi Ben! I am enjoying your videos. Nicely edited, both surfing and speaking sequences. You have an easy to listen to delivery and lots of relevant topics and tips. Keep’em coming!
Gday Justin! A little tricky to say without seeing footage/talking about your pop-up but what this is usually from is using your knees on the board in the pop-up process, so whilst you’re bringing one foot through you’re also putting the other knee (usually the back knee) onto the board - which can cause some bruising, happy to chat further if needed, great to hear you’re getting into surfing, yewww!!

Thanks Ben, I used some tips today from surfing small waves. A good reference or to simply try some modifications on technique
Ben, would you consider creating Playlists of "Tip Time" and "The Sunday Glide"? Gracias from Sayulita!
Love this!! Shame I hadn’t thought of it haha! I’ve just created the playlists so feel free to let them run through, yewww!!! Thanks for the tip 🤙
Bravo!
Wow thanks so much Lance!!! Can't explain how much I appreciate the support, makes a lot of this possible!
My 2nd time surfing today and my knees came back bruised. From hitting the side of the board? what did I do wrong
