Get smaller shirt
the bigger they are the smaller its the shirt they wearing its hilarious and looks a bit gay too
No, get bigger shirt
@weilacadda9361
How bout when theyre showing their man nipples. Gross
If I wear a small shirt you will see my belly fat, I’m probably like 40% bf😂, I weigh 213
A slim fit but not a smaller t shirt lol
Missed a big one in my opinion: have good posture. Bringing your shoulders back and sticking out your chest properly shows off muscles, makes your stomach flat, and brings out your traps.
Totally agree, good point!!!!
Great point

1) Build bigger shoulder
2) Train like a body builder
3) Get lean, not shredded
4) Carb up
5) Pump up(High Rep Traning)
No, watch the whole video.
Thanks bro !!!
And eat a lot. Which is very hard
Thankss mate!😆🙌🏾✨
High rep with lightweight is trash.
Lift heavy, medium, drop set at last set of every workout.
More compound movements, more dumbbells...
Less machines.
I'm 67 and still lift. My biggest tip is get off the sofa, put phone down, and workout at least 3 or more days a week. And mix in cardio. I do some free weights and my Weider universal gym. I know you can do it. I see people half my age that I'm in better shape than. And it does make it rewarding.
Best comment on here. People focus too much on how big they are when really the aim needs to be just be IN shape. Be consistent and do the work.
I met this 80 year old who is a frequent at the gym, guy looks like he's 50. He's one of my inspirations when I was just starting lifting. Can't pass up talking with him and getting wisdom out of him
hear you from over here mate im 50 only been lifting for 2 yrs and love it
I ran into a 93 year old that looked 45 because they still lift and eat right, the secret they said was no fast foods and red grapes everyday in the diet.....
I bench press 500 pounds and still look skinny at only 225 weight.....
His voice is so chill, it's actually unbelieveable
Agoge Diet personalized plan makes it simple. Select the food you like and they give you personalized meal plan with tips, training plan and healthy recipes.
Got my plan, looks good 👌
definitely get this, works great
Step one: Be big to begin with.
Step two: Get some undersized t-shirts.
Step three:
Step four: Profit.
simple as that no overthinking
U da man
It means you are a complete failure in gymming till now.
Aaaah, South Park ,sooo goofy.
Love the South Park gnome reference bro. 😁😬
The most simplest hack is to switch to a shirt that is more thighter to your skin , flex the muscles in the second picture , take the 2nd picture where the light is facing directly above you and you wear oil for a slightly more definition and obviously do some editing ..
Edit :- Oh I almost left out .. Act very sad a depressed in the first photo and act very happy and proud in the 2nd photo . (This technique is a must cause almost all UA-camrs does this)
The best comment😅
😂🤣🤣🤣
@Daniel do you even lift ? 😁
All the things we need to know 💪
We support Coach AJ and this new Alpha Guy. Miss Alain and Alby tho...
Thank you so much for this.
I was looking out for this
Great evidence based content as ever thank you. For you older guys, when you are 32 and standing in the bar all the other guys look pretty good. But when you are 62 like I am, you might be the only older guy in the bar that’s looking fit, and that commands respect. And even more important at my age to keep the reps high and the weight low, and form really good, to avoid injury. Cardio is equally important. I went on a long jog walk with a couple of young fit bodybuilder guys, and left them way behind struggling for breath and they were really impressed. As you get older your objectives change slightly but lots of volume, with lighter weights, proper cardio, and a good diet can keep your functional well into old age and looking good at the same time.
So true. I'm a young buck (47) LOL! and I injured myself trying heavy on the incline recently. Lighter weights and higher reps is where Im gunna be from now on.
Old comment but what frequency do you train like this sir? I like anecdotal experiences myself, thanks!
For a 6minute content, this is packed! 👌👌👌
Excellent video man :). I knew that already but you explained it very well...
I approve ALL these tips! No BS for sure. I do the same thing for yrs. One thing I would like to add is that if u want ur arms to look big, focus more on training triceps than biceps, because triceps are larger muscle than biceps.
And having strong triceps will help you lift heavier for building a bigger chest and shoulders
The brex muscle is where its at. It's the muscle on the inside of tricep. Right under your bicep on the inside of the arm.
@Pete Testube the closest way to describe it would be imagine jerkin it with a 25lb dumbell. Then like an offering but only lower your arms a hair. Some hammer curls in there too. It's a rare muscle no one talks about.
@Pete Testube hammer curls
Triceps make up 75% of the size of your arms. Loved working mine out.using rubber bands, and favorite was single over head. Best I ever did was 135pd both left and right.
I do triceps dips
Highly recommend any variation of skull crushers
U can do flat skull crushers, incline skull crushers or even tricep overhed extensions, this type of exercise is the best for triceps and target all heads.
Which therabands are those? Can I get them off amazon?

@@justinselan5104 Dumbest UA-cam video of all time? Maybe. “Get a pump?” Ya I always keep dumbbells in my car before I walk into a bar. 🙄. The biggest one is show on the thumbnail. Wear a really tight short short sleeve shirt.

Awesome tips bro. Posture is key when performing these movements. Carb up, couldn't agree more.

When I started working out, my two main mistakes were lack of sleep and not eating enough (not being in a caloric surplus). I always thought I was eating enough and was disappointed because my weight stagnated. Then I got my first diet plan created (I think it was from website called dietarize). I realised that my previous food intake was way below my needs, although I thought I'm good. At the beginning it was hard to eat 3500 kcal in a day, but I got used to it. I started noticing real gains and it felt amazing. I wish I'd understood the importance of diet earlier.
I eat 4200 kcal a day, but I am pretty heavy hahaah😆
Do they have workout plans for women?
Didn't you become more fat as well?
@Mickaël I thought The same ahaha
Than he said " I THINK it called dietarize" .. Bruh if u think how u know the exact name 😂🤔
@Mickaël if this is fake, then can u give me another app/website that works
got you video as a recommendation in my feed today. I must say you are providing a great value content to the public on this platform that too 3 years ago. I completely agree with most of your points as i have also been working out via keeping these points in mind.

Very informative video 💪🏻
Im an early lifter in my teens and found this video very beneficial and have seen results ,keeping some of what mentioned in mind.
Let's get it ! 💪 great content
Love the graphics on this!!!
NOTE: Those of us in our 50s... These tips work better for us older guys because most guys in their 50s gave up on their bodies under the assumption that they looked better when they were younger. This is wrong. Your muscles build up just as quickly as many younger guys. At 56, I lift more, run faster, leaner (not cut) all doing stuff like what's in this video. The only difference is that in your 50s, your skin looks a little different and you might not have hair or you might have a gray beard. Aside from this, people notice older guys that look in shape in a really positive way.
Sounds like your testosterone didn’t take a dramatic decline. I’m currently 31 and I often ponder about the volume and internist aspect of weight lifting. Many people say after 35 it all goes down hill… but then again many Americans are obese and eat bullshit.. so I guess it depends on the individual ?
Intensity *
@@almightypower4895 I went back the only weight loss program that ever worked for me, US Navy boot camp. Run 3 miles in the morning, 2-3 miles in the evening, eat carbs, 100 push-ups a day (throughout the day) and 5-6 hours of sleep. I got in shape just as fast in my 50s as I did when I was 17. Everyone’s different but I know a few over 50 folks that won’t do that thinking it’s only for young people.
Hahaha that’s really interesting. I should attempt to try and implement some of your Navy boot camp regimens. My cardio isn’t the best but I’m aiming to get it back how it use to be. I use to very fast and quick, and then as I got older I wanted to acquire more muscle mass and sacrificed my speed for mass.
I hadn't touched weights in 9 years, and just started back again about 6-7 weeks ago. I notice that i take longer to recover (at 57). I train light/high reps, but have only been able to workout every 5th-6th day..due to bad soreness. I'm slowly improving, and now taking protein powder (due to my poor diet - milk allergy) which seems to be helping a bit.
Hey! Where's the usual 2 guys at?

I'm guessing they branched out or started their own thing🤔

Awesome tips man 💪
Doing this exercises for a month and have a significant amount of growth.
1. build bigger shoulders
2. train like a bodybuilder - hypertrophy-concentrated (6-15 rep range)
3. get lean, not shredded
4. carb up
5. quick pump sets
- max set of push ups
- lateral raise to failure
- dumbbell reverse fly 15 - 20 reps
- dumbbell biceps curl 15 - 20 reps
Thank you bro❤
Really good content 💪🏻
Helpful bro.supper helpful. ❤️
I've done bodyweight training for so long, however since I didn't had pull-up bar or station I had to work around with stretch bands. I follow most of the tips you covered (or at least since 2 years ago self-coached), I looked at myself in the mirror to see a greatest weight loss and muscles in my whole life. Using a full body workout routine and also running. Thank goodness I look wider and stronger. However sticking to the foundations and the tips you said in this video. I feel more proud of myself than ever!

If I was doing 4 sets for each exercises and doing drop sets and increasing the weight slightly help me? Or is it better to keep the weight the same and do the same number of reps?
This channel kicks ass.
Good stuff Bro
Never skip legs and back endurance training and train harder on them
These 2 are the biggest muscle groups in a body and training them will help burn calories faster
Plus you create more growth hormone from working those out.

Guys, the best tip I have ever gotten when working out and building your physique: Relax and take the pressure off.
ua-cam.com/video/jz7Gr3ZX1Oo2/v-deo.html9
Lmfao train like a body builder.
1. Do roids
2. Lift Light weight that focuses on pumps
3. Flex in the mirror after sets.
4. Walk around with ILS (imaginary lat syndrome)
5. Wear cutoffs that expose roid pimples.
6. Walk around slow
7. Drag your gym bag on the floor
8. Tell people to eat more protein and tell them to follow you online and pay for training and meal prep.
9. Tell everyone your all natural.
10. Try not to make eye contact with the little guys that lift more than you.
11. Wear leggings under your shorts because you skip leg days.
Thanks bro this made me laugh of my birthday today.
The last point was so hilarious 🤣
Lol can’t get roids in the state unless you got to the gym and you pay a trainer 😂 for real all the roids are at the gym trust
those who are natural but got bad back pimples due to genetics be like:

Great tips... but the biggest surprise was in the clothing choices. The difference in appearance with the various shirts was nothing short of astonishing!
Working out has never been the problem for me, it’s knowing exactly what to eat, how much to eat, when to eat, I’ve always sucked at that
I like the loose shirt style tbh it makes it look less douchey and has its own style but sometimes i do wear slim shirts
Yo fam there is nothing douchey about wearing a fitted shirt...tight ass pants and short ass shorts is douchey
I also dont like wearing tight shirt, not only because you dont look like arrogant degen but also it is much more comfortable, why look huge when you feel like naked in it

I workout to wear slim fit shirts. Whats the point of hiding your gains ?

Just use bands
@@AquaLady153 agree. Since I'm training with bands my joints don't anymore and I can train more efficiently
A honest question, what's bodybuilding style?
I always do 3 different workouts for shoulder. And notice traps and shoulder grow. I wonder what the difference is using barbell standing up vs dumbel press sitting down. Both workbthe whole shoulder.
I always do dumbbell military press sitting down but after watching this vid I will try and do them standing
You tend to not compensate and use your legs and lower back as much when you do seated dumbell press
