Being non conformist, and edgy still, he has updated the lyrics, rewritten the whole song. Yes, it's harder to memorize new lyrics, probably written just for this gig, when you are older. Had an opportunity to see him here in gran Rapids mi. Unfortuneately , the NAACP was there to meet him in the parking lot , they even had ears in the audience to make sure he did not sing any underground music , so sad , but let it be snoop dog , and he would have been given a pass.

I met DC years ago when I was a Bossier City policeman. Unbelievably we kind of hit it off. Later ran into him at a casino. We played slots together for several hours. Brilliant guy but real moody.
I was opening act for DAC in Grand rapids mi back in mid 2000s at The Inersection he was arrogant as hell. His band was cool 😎. He wouldn't talk to anyone in the band I played drums with. Like some of his music 🎶 but him not so much
