Easy to follow directions! I'm not mechanically inclined, but just finished this with almost no issues (arthritis made some of the cramped steps difficult). One thing that I encountered with my car was having to remove the dealer-installed LED bar under the glove box. It blocked the blower cover from coming out.
Thanks! This video makes the job super easy. My Xb had a 5th screw in the white plastic cover (2 screws @ the upper right). The lower right wiring harness doesn't have to be unplugged. You can just pull it forward out of the white plastic frame and leave it connected together and tuck it out of the way on the right. Also pull the blower motor with the 8mm screws then disconnect the wiring harness from the motor after you drop it down so you don't have to disconnect the other end of the wiring from the resistor. Once you drop the blower motor you can easily see the motor connector clip and how to remove the motor wiring connector. Fewer steps = faster job.
Honestly this the first time that i decided work in my car , most of the time i take it to the shop , and i just want to say , thanks I followed your directions and they are easy to follow i just replaced the a/c blower Thanks again
Done, thank you for your detailed and clear instructions. My A/C works now which is crucial here in Phoenix, AZ. Would love a video on how to fix or dx a squeeling belt thats loud every morning i start the car and the belts have been changed or brand new.
Good video. Always replace the blower motor resistor at the same time while you are there, saves time having to do it all over again just for the resistor like i had to do.
These videos are GREAT ❤ You make it look so EASY. I’d be on my 37th F-Bomb 😜. So appreciate all of your hard work. I’m sure that took forever to video with the mirror. Your videos are Fantastic ! So professional.
I have both the blower motor and resistor replaced. And still it doesn’t work. I’m going to check the fuse, any chance do you know what fuse controls the fan?
I'm following your instructions on 2006 xB. But I can't find the lower screws. Even with everything else removed to box doesn't even wiggle. Thoughts, anyone. Thanks

Best Video Step by Step. I took out the passenger Seat for easier room accessibility.
Thank you for the video it was very helpful. Got the job done in about 2hrs or less and my 17yr old did most the work (since it is his car)

Great video, I feel empowered it looks so easy
Good video, I’ve done other cars that were way more straight forward than this little car.
Excellent information.thanks
Your part was the best price I could find too👍🤘
Great information! Took me less than an hour.
what a informative video.
Is this to just fix if the ac is not working at all? I have a slight squeak in mine and was not sure if this will fix that or a different issue.
Thanks for the detailed walkthrough. Do you ever test the blower motor before you fully reassemble everything?
Do you know if this is similar to the scion XA ?
This worked perfect for my XA 2006, just finished!
Can you do a video of the evaporator core please?
+henry78k We do not have a video for this repair right now, but we'll keep this request in mind for a future video! 1aau.to/m/Shop-TRQ
