Thank you very much, Sahba-khanum! Mash-Allah! With your perfect instruction I replaced frets and skin on my tar. Even I almost don't understand Persian but everithing was very clean to me. Tomorrow I'll replace ordinary pegs to Wittner fine tuning pegs made in Germany, Insh-Allah!
I'd like to know if you teach tar. I watched a few of your videos and I think you're one of the best tar players I've ever heard. I'm especially impressed because I had never heard a young woman playing tar so masterfully; All players I know are all men; most of them middle-aged or in sinior years. You're great. You make all Persian proud. Thank you.
Thank you so much! If as a violin maker I'd be interested to make a tar on my own is there any documentation with measurement you would recommend me to read?
I have the same problem as Fatamorganabu: I don't understand Farsi. however, the end of the video is really helpful. I think this is the only source in the internet where the amount of turns for each fret is indicated. But are the frets complete? my tar has more...

Thanks for your interest in Sahba's videos. Subtitles are now available for this clip and soon there will be more subtitles for the other videos.
