Great landscaping! Nice patio, lighting fixtures, breakfast bar, double oven ☺, nice bedrooms and staging of them. Beautiful Primary shower!!! Cute common area. Nice study area. Grew up in the South. ☺ I have traveled to Nashville, Franklin, and in surrounding area on business trips and to visit friends. Great state to visit! ☺ Thanks for tour, Marcus. We Appreciate All your Effort!!!
Once again beautiful tour of a lovely home. Few changes include: the front area appeared to be on a slope towards the home and foundation. That would be a definite pass for me. As a Native Californian, I am fully aware of water draining issues. French Drains only temporarily solved the problem during the rainy season. The wrought iron railings along the patio sort of obstructed the beautiful backyard! Tempered glass panels would create such a nicer, unobstructed views out into the backyard! I truly prefer windows in water closets in separate spaces, and walk-in closets outside the bathroom areas. I really appreciated there were no visible outdoor telephone poles with transformers! With the suggested changes, the listing price significantly increased. Thanks again for the tour! Great to see you expand outside of Texas! Continued success Marcus!
Thank you young man for "giving descriptions and the details" with each home that you are showcasing. I do not understand why some people that are showcasing fabulous homes only play music (not a winner). Thanks again you are doing a good job! From Cleveland, Ohio
My wife loves your tours, but she notices you skip the pantry to many times. You did it again. We live in Houston and Partners in Building. Keep doing what you are doing. Thanks 🙏🏾
Love the HW floors and open floor plan. Lots of windows with beautiful view of trees, horizon etc ❤!!! Nice/spacious master BdR and wonderful master bath! Overall nice home and tour. Thanks for sharing. Take care!!
Knocked another one out of the park with this one! 💪🏽 However, I’m looking forward to when you get back to the Texas side of things. My wife and I will be passing through H-Town on our way to the Crawfish Festival in the Boot next year and we hope to check out some open houses to get a feel of the market. We still love that Partners in Building home you posted 3 weeks back. Brother….again, I love the enthusiasm! Keep it pushy! 👊🏽
1:36 - When it rains, all that water flows down the hill onto the house. 1:59 - I don't like blind corners. Someone can hide around the wall as you walk to the door, or when you leave the house. 22:19 - The pond would look better without the tree. It's obstructing the view.
Marcus there is no downside to having a small sink in the island in addition to the one by the window. The people who are complaining probably don’t cook a lot. I would request a sink in the island - if I’m chopping vegetables or seasoning my meats it’s a lot easier to just turn around and put it in a pot or skillet vs walking from the sink by the window. Js

Nice home, but a home less than 5,000 square feet should never be 3.2 million regardless of how many upgrades they try to put in
I like that please
Hi Sir,
Do you need a professional youtube thumbnail designer..? 😘🤗
