All the water came from the spray. There was no leakage from the engine compartment.

Brother if you really love your car never do this again. Clean your engine bay with vaccum and Air blower. Use hard brushes don't use water on electric component near engine must not be use on battery and other electric clippers.
Use hard brush to clean oily muddy dust on engine. M worrying about you car now. All th best. 👍
