Your 100% true. Instead you can choose UK sole representative visa to register overseas company in the UK. There is nothing like self sponsored visa as she claimed. She also confirmed that only AY&J uses the loopholes of the laws to start the so called self sponsorship.

He has also shared interview of successful candidate. It's not as costly as it may not be as costly as it's shown by agencies and solicitors. Till November, 2023 my brother worked on skilled worker visa.. In December 2023, cos got cancelled can he start business and sponsor himself ?? my brother is now in UK only

We have a corporate bank account in Tide. It's not a registered bank. Will 12 month statement of TIDE good for application? Or we need a high street bank ? We have submitted signed accounts last year as well. We have a three star hygiene Rating on score on the Door. Are we good ?
