I just put a patch like that to a Window screen, which the mesh is plastic (not metal), I cut a little square from a spare mesh with a scissors and pasted it with crazy (super) glue.
They edited the video to remove the part where the guy is pulling his hair out trying to insert tiny patch legs into the screen. Don't buy this junk - you'll be sorry. Get the ones that stick on and have one person on one side of the screen with a small, hard surface and another person on the other side with a hard surface. Apply the patch and then both of you press your hard surfaces together over the patch to make a good application. And yes, when it's done, it will look horrible - but when you rent what can you do? Ask to have the screen replaced? hahahahaha!

That doesn’t look like it would keep bugs out at all .... look at that gap.

Are you referring to the patches that adhere with a hair dryer; heat? Can you tell me the brand you're talking About?
Thank you!😊
Is there any way to patch the corner of a screen, next to the frame without having to pull it out and disassemble it?
Tacky. Tacky. Tacky.
These patches are horrible. The leads.that secure the screen are always too short.
That looks so bad
Nothing "quick" will make an invisible repair.
You could just replace the screen.
@@richardpaulhall it's too expensive
@@Cc-sr1zr lol no
This didn't even show how to take out the horizontal threads to be able to get the tines of the patch into the screen!🙄
you must be kidding me....is this a prank?
The patch didn't blend in with the screen at all. Sticks out like a sore thumb.
