Today I'm thankful for movement! Moving helps with my mental state 100x's more than being stationary. Had a rough night and now I'm feeling better after working out.

Today I am thankful for a body that can move, workout and function. I have been dealing with several health issues for a very long time and was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder last year. Every day that I can wake up and be pain free is a beautiful day. What a blessing.

Love the read aloud books you’ve chosen! Some others that I have loved and think could be great for a literature unit are Things Fall Apart, The Giver or Brave New World, and The Book Thief.

I'm thankful for our new house that we moved into earlier this year. We have a home school room and it has been working out so wonderfully. My 3rd and 4th graders just finished Fix It Grammar's The Nose Tree and we LOVE it! It was my kid's favorite subject. As someone who bombed grammar, I'm finally learning it and it's making sense.

I'm thankful for the energy that God provides when I really should just be dog tired all the time being a pregnant mom of a 2 year old and also running a home daycare. It blows my mind how I can continue to stay motivated when I get into a project or am working on planning preschool curriculum. It definitely helps me to have the buy-in for teaching my little crew when I know how hard I worked to prepare a lesson or activity. ALSO THANKFUL FOR THIS CHANNEL TO GIVE ME A LITTLE SANITY BOOST DURING NAP TIME!
